These knives are just great. Got them almost 2 years ago and they still do not need sharpening. We use them daily. They are very durable, perfect size. Must have.

Handles all of my paring needs well. Does not need to be sharpened too often. It is still in like new condition after 5+ years.

These are the best knives to peel potatoes with!! The only knives I use to peel potatoes since I purchased these! They are light and comfortable in your hands.

These are the best pairing knives in the kitchen! They hold a sharp edge for a good "long" time, all things relative to use. Yes these are inexpensive but don't let that fool you - they're excellent paring knives and very well loved in our kitchen. We have every color they make and that makes them a little fun.

These knifes were great at the beginning but somehow several of the blades got chips in them making them dangerous to use! The Victorinox I bought at the same time held up better

Mercer knives are the best value of anything we've tried, and these paring knives are no exception. They hold an edge for a long time, even with tons of abuse, and sharpen well again, too. Now, if they could take themselves back out of the trash bin when people throw them away with the food scraps, we'd really have something!

I'm a fan of Mercer knives and these are no exception. Mercer always arrives razor sharp right out of the package, so be careful. Having color coded knives is great when working with different types of foods. It helps avoid cross- contamination.

Not only is this a good knife at a low price, like the entire Mercer Millennia line with a razor sharp edge, it also is in allergen free purple. Since ti is a good value for a commonly used knife, it is a great way to have a very serviceable allergen free paring knife that you can afford to keep on hand for just that purpose.

Very sharp knives. These were ordered and used in a kids cooking camp. I loved the fact that I could order different colors for each team. I do wish that there were blade covers available for the paring knives.

I was quite pleased with how sharp this knife was when it arrived at my door. It's the perfect size for dicing cheese or peeling fruit. The brightly colored handle makes it easily visible in a sink or dish drying rack, which I think will help avoid accidental injury.

Mercer Culinary Knives are my favorite knife brand on Webstaurant. They are always sharp, good quality, great price and the colorful handles helps differentiate between different styles.

This is a great paring knife with a smaller thin handle. If you want a full size handle that's more comfortable to hold, take a look at the Mercer M22003.

There are other name brand more durable but these will get the job done at a lower cost. Very good quality for the price. The handle is not cheap plastic Would buy for the same price again.

I really like this parring knife. it is surprisingly good quality for the price. i like that it is color codded, it helps me find it easier in my drawer of many knifes. Plus its my favorite color.

This is an excellent knife for color coding in any restaurant. It is very well made and the handle will not slip from your hands. The blade is very sharp right out of the package and it stays sharp even with a lot of use. I would recommend this.

The problem I had with the cheap pearing knifes was the blade would get dull very fast and the handle would get very dirty this blade is so sharp it can cut paper great product
