Great bread knife! We've used it for all kinds of things in the past week, including artisan bread that usually takes some effort to slice at the bottom (if you've baked bread in cast iron you know what I mean). My favorite use, however, was cutting apart a watermelon.

This bread knife very sharp and cuts effortlessly and is an essential item in every chefs tool kit. I highly recommend this product, I would certainly purchase again.

This is a great knife for cutting bread. It is very sharp and durable. I love the green and black color. I also used it for cutting sandwiches and tomatoes.

This knife is the sharpest bread knife I have ever worked with. It slices right through with no problems at all. Just be careful because even the slightest touch could cause you to cut yiure self. Grab some cut resistant gloves, that's how well made this knife is.

The Mercer M22418BL Millennia 8" Offset Serrated Edge Bread / Sandwich Knife with Blue Handle is a great bred knife. We have several in our kitchen and by color coding them we can separate stations and knife dont go missing as much

All the Mercer knifes are great but this is one of our favorites. It cuts our bread loaves effortlessly and easily and the colored handle has prevented cross-contamination in our kitchen.

I use the knife daily to slice the uneven tops off my cakes. It slides through so smoothly it doesn't crush the cake at all. I was surprised with how sharp it is. It cuts really well I'll be purchasing another soon.

I absolutely love this millennia knife for many reasons! The color is what originally brought me in, lime green and black! Of course some websites fabricate coloring on their websites to make you buy it for the brightness and detail. However I was sold! I bought this Mercer knife and when it arrived it looked exactly as the picture on the webstaurant website! I even have the picture to prove it. :)

Love this knife. My husband loves to cook so I especially like that I can throw them in the dishwasher. Make clean up so easy when I have a many other responsibilities.

I love these mercer millennia knives as house knives. The variety of colors makes them easy to keep track of from station to station and the blades come from the factory with a serviceable edge. I prefer these knives to other lines of commercial quality knives and will continue to use them in my kitchens.

This is a nice little bread knife and works well to cut sandwiches with but keeps you knuckles out of way. Works great to chop chcoclate with as well if you have a large block you need to chop.

this knife is a joy to use for cutting fresh bread. The offset really does save your knuckles, definitely better than a straight handle. Nice grip, nice sharp teeth.
