Mercer also makes the Hell's Handle version of this turner. The Hell's Handle seems nicer but is considerably more brittle. This one holds up better. I knocked 1 star off because of the lack of balance. It almost stands up on it's own but barely doesn't. Small manufacturing changes would allow this to stand up on its own. It's annoying that it doesn't.

Great for cutting small piece of brownies from a standard full size sheet tray, just any typical cake, and great for certain action stations

Best bang for your buck. This product is used everyday to make cheese steaks. Heat tested for our griddle up to 400 degrees. Light weight and cleans easily. A plus product!!

Not a bad spatula for normal use. We do find them weak and flimsy for heavy duty work or continuous work. They are cheap so WHEN they beak, they do not break our wallets.

These are my favorite spatulas. I have been using them daily for years. I use them for cheesesteaks, chicken, burgers, eggs, and a bunch of other short order items. The handles are very sturdy. The steel blades are flexible yet strong, so handling heavier foods will not be an issue.

Heavy Duty & sturdy turner. The handle doesn't get hot which is great when working with a frying pan which is generally hot. The metal is easy to clean!

The Mercer mini turner is a perfect size to take cookies, cakes, brownies and many other baked goods from sheet pans. It is well constructed and easy to clean.

The mini turner is easy to use and clean. It has come in very handy for cooking smaller, less time-consuming dishes. It is very efficient for our chefs. The problem is that it does not have a hole for a hook to hold onto. So storing it efficiently is kind of difficult.

This little turner made it very easy to get brownies and Blondies out of the 9x13 pan. I also used its fairly sharp edge when I made cheese steaks and it made light work of chopping the beef.

Very heavy duty and the edges are a huge plus. We use these to serve our cinnamon rolls since it’s the only thing we have that can handle their weight.

Great value for the price paid. Works well as a flipper. Square edges make this a great scraper as well. Lightweight and super easy to clean.

I like this turner for scraping cookies from the cookie sheet to the cooling rack. It’s shape really helps by easily getting under a warm cookie to remove it without destroying it. Heavy duty and a good purchase.

This spatula has a nice ergonomic feel. The grip of the handle is comfortable and natural. Also, withstands heat well, it doesn't get too hot. The stainless steel part of the spatula is firm and has a beautiful finish. Highly recommended.

I have been using these for three and half years on my griddle and they are still going strong. If a burr pops up and the edges I just run it across a sharpening steel until smooth. Very economical and an extreme value.

This griddle turner works great, with a long blade which is stiff enough to manipulate foods on the griddle, despite its perforations. It has a rounded top edge, which prevents it from being used to scoop liquids inside the grease trap. Works great in a set with the solid turner.

This spatula is the perfect size to dish out slices of cake , brownies or other bars.. the standard "spatulas" in most kitchen are way to big and break or tear the items we're serving . I highly recommend for serving desserts.

these are great for serving bars, cookies, etc in front of guests. we have a lot of these in rotation. we get a clean turner out as needed so everything looks clean and cakes/ cookies / bars don't get messy.

I initially bought this for my husband to do hamburgers on the barbecue but it's a little bit small for that for our liking. However, it is the perfect size for using with my cast-iron inside the house! It is very sturdy and well-made and I love it!
