This Mercer Culinary High Heat Square Edge Turner/spatula has a great feel to it! It is also lightweight but maintains a nice balance when it is in my hand. I am going to really enjoy this upgrade to my grilling experience!!!

We love this sharp square edge turner. it is perfect for our grill. The high heat handle stays cool and holds up well if it gets turned the wrong way over the grill.

We have at least a dozen different turners in our restaurant, but this is the one that everyone always chooses to use. When it goes missing the Kitchen falls into a panic..frantically searching until it’s located. The geometry feels the most natural when turning food and the blade is ultra thin yet rigid. The shape of the handle is also very ergonomic. Highly recommended.

Exactly what you want from a turner. A handle that doesn't retain heat and reliable steel that isn't too flimsy. Sides are sharp enough to aid in cutting while on the flat top as well.

The Hell's Kitchen brand is worth every penny. Sure you can get a lesser known brand turner for much less, but this is one kitchen tool I use hours a day. The grip is great, it doesn't get hot, and the build is firm. The stainless steel is not flimsy, but solid. Worth every penny.

The High Heat Handle is perfect for any kitchen! They are very durable and I will purchase again. They are my side kicks in the kitchen.

Its not heavy at all. Great for our griddle. Would recommend this product over some cheaper alternatives as it is quite durable. Its near impossible to get that handle to melt so you never have to worry about that.

This spatula is excellent to make crepes, pancakes and hasbrowns because it has the perfect size to acomplish many tasks. As well, its square shaped will help to cut meat or flip burguers.

This is a good mid-sized spatula- bigger than a four-inch, but more nimble than an eight inch. It has the right amount of flex to provide a nice feeling of control (without feeling flimsy), and the angle of the bend is good (surprising how many aren't). The high temp handle is great. I like this for narrower items when flipping on the grill. For example I use this for sausage links and patties and sliders. It has a sturdy handle and you can feel the quality.

I really love the length of the blade on this turner. I am able to flip over two or three items at one time. The handle is heat resistant so I can leave it close to my cooking space without having to worry about it getting too hot. It is very sturdy and the handle feels comfortable in my hand. This is a purchase I will never regret. It saves me a lot of time in my kitchen.

The Mercer Hell's Handle 6" turner is great! You will never ever have to worry about a cook melting a handle on the flat top again. The stainless steel is pretty heavy duty too, it should last for years to come.

A very nice turner that definitely holds less heat than a standard turner. However it is not bulletproof and will heat up if left close to the grill for an extended period. Otherwise the quality is top notch

Wonderful tool we use daily. Have had two of them for a couple years now, both are good as new (with daily use). Extremely well-made. We researched this product a lot before buying. Wanted something that will stand up to heat, but also of good quality stainless steel, and with a long surface to allow for use with larger foods, and also to give fair distance from the hot, sizzly grittle. This met all our requirements and then some. It also has a sharp edge on front for slicing or making incisions to see how done a meat is, etc. Would recommend to anyone, and will even buy as gift.

I purchased this one and heavy duty one. This one is much thinner and lighter than 6" x 5" one. For my restaurant I like heavy duty, it is easy because wide to flip the food.

This is a nice size spatula and allows me to be able to suction out my hashbrowns so they're getting a nice big portion without it being way too big it cuts right through him and I'm able to flip my angst very easily a nice flat edge to wear it just slips right underneath the eggs.

This turner is great for working on the griddle or near the gas stove. Heavy duty enough to flip most anything without bending and the handle does not get hot if left near the heat.

Good for working the grill when you need to get some lift and separation when your meat sticks a little. The wood is pretty heat resistent as well, and easy on the grill cook's hands

This is great for our burgers! Long handle, great base size and easy to clean. No rusting, melting, or discoloration. This is a great product.

I bought 2 Mercer turners and they are both fantastic. This turner is a great size to be able to flip burgers outside or to get under something a big bigger. I went with the square edge so I can use it to scrape off some burnt on food from my cast iron. The edge is pretty sharp so it makes easy work to scrape the cooking surface. The metal thickness also means it won't easily bend and will last a long time. And the handle is pretty comfortable too. I'd definitely buy it again.

this is a great spatula, it is really high heat resistant, you can put it down on a hot bbq grill and the handle won"t melt

I have numerous spatula's on my cookline but the Mercer Hell's Handles are some of my favorites. Very solid, high quality for the price and I would definitely buy again.

These turners look and feel great. They get the job done! Some turners are too light and some too heavy, these are just right for me!
