Have had this cleaner for over a year now and still going strong. Good quality for the price and cheap parts. Is used multiple times a day at our theatre.

I have been buying another brand of vacuums for my cleaning business for years but decided to give Lavex vacuum a try. Lavex vacs are very good and i'll will be buying another in a few weeks.

Item purchased in Feb 2022. Five months later, Jul 2022, vacuum cannot be used. Bag clamp on floor base has shattered and broken off. Webstraunt does not carry replacment HEPA Filtration shake-out bags.

After 5 years and 3 vacuums, I decided to go industrial! I love this vacuum no more plastic parts to break or wash out and it's half the price. So far it has done one hell of a job with dog hair on carpet and hard flooring. The only thing missing is a hose. But I will use the other one to suck up hair tumbleweeds. Super fast shipping and it's the simplest vacuum I have ever had to put together.

I love this vacuum! Less than a year prior to purchasing this vacuum we had purchased another brand locally. It was mostly plastic. Although not cheap in price it was definitely cheaply made and began having multiple issues. Hence my search for a well made, steel, industrial vacuum that could do a good job and not deteriorate just with everyday use. We found it! This Lavex Janitorial Upright not only looks good (love the chrome and blue together), it is a beast! And the magnetic catch in it's bumper has saved me multiple times, catching even the tiniest specks. Made like products used to be made, like they should be made. 5 stars all the way!

To be honest this is one of the best commercial vacuums I have ever used it has really good suction and really good agitation and I feel like the bags last forever. Another thing is the bags are 50% cheaper than all the other bags in the lineup of these types of vacuums. It was a great buy.

A work horse for cleaning church sanctuary, light weight, fits under chairs, cord length a bonus, magnet catch an amazing addition.

I've had it less than 20 days. The bag broke just opening it up to check the bag and the bolts keep falling out. They do not allow for returns of defective gear and they just refuse to give refunds or send replacement parts.
