Love the cup and the lid fits snugly dosent pop off. Only thing I would ask to change is wrapped straws. Or an optional wrapped or unwrapped straws.

I love this cup I use it as the shaker. THE ONLY THING I WOULD CHANGE WOULD BE A SEALED STRAW

These cups as sold are really two products (styles). There is an old style with accordion style straws and a new style with smooth straws. We love the new style. The lids fit snugly but are not difficult to put on. The packaging is good and are delivered in good shape. The old style however is a completely different story. The old style are packaged poorly and frequently comes in damaged. Primarily the rim of the cup is cracked or broken. The lids do not fit properly and result in frequent spills. Adding to the problem is Webstaurantstores customer service response. When I contacted them about the issue, they're response was that they source the cups from several companies and can't guarantee which style we get. In other words we eat the cost of the broken cups. We would love to give this item a 5 star review but we never know which product we are gong to receive.

We like these cups. The truth is it's very difficult to find any other options online. But that said, these cups to the job. There is a nice large size, and the lids and straws of fit nicely. I did notice that the quality seems to have gone down from last year's shipments. I think they are using A thinner and cheaper plastic for all the components. yet, it all works perfectly well together – and not even one customer has complain. So I would recommend these!

I liked you can see in the cups , one thing I don’t like about them the straws is the need to be wrapped up

We use these for our specialty drinks on our food trailer! People love them, the size and that they’re easy to hold!

This cup is a nice looking cup but leaks like crazy and goes everywhere if your shaking the lemonade in this cup only. We bought it as a back up cup but ended up tossing the case because it was not satisfactory for us! You get what you pay for and this is a cheap cup that might get you by in a pinch but definitely not what I would use everyday.

I like this cup. It looks good to me and I chose this style berk cup for my lemon booth. In the past I ran a gold medal cup with bendable straw. There are things I like about each cup more than the other. I like that you can see the liquid in this cup, however I also like when you can’t see the liquid. I wish they held up better and had a high quality straw. Overall I will continue to purchase and hope webstaraunt will credit me for all the broken cups.

the kids love these emoji cups at our festivals we do but we did have a problem with some of the cups cracked around the top of cup but webstaurant took care of the problem thank you

These Emoji cups were an absolute hit with the crowds at a recent outdoor food festival. We sold lemonade in these Emoji cups and kids and adults alike were eager to buy an Emoji cup, especially since Emojis are so trendy right now. Good quality, I gave 4 stars only because about 20 of the cups arrived broken/damaged, likely due to packaging on the part of the manufacturer.

The cups themselves are great. The lids are not as snug as other cups we use. The straws are weak. We have about 10% of straws come back because they have holes in them. The customer could not drink from the straws because of the holes. We have never had that problem with the straws from the cups we used for the past 7 years. I may order again, but if we have the same problem with the straws it will be the last.

A nice thirty two ounce cup with the great tag line "We Squeeze to Please" on the cup. The quality is great and the cups are very sturdy. A great addition for our lemonade stand.

These are a good cup. Straws have a lot of holes and you have to supply customers a different one. Otherwise an overall great refillable option.

Great looking cup and good quality, Lids fit great for me. However 1 out of 15 straws seem to have holes. Unfortunately maybe more but customers did not say anything. Now I have leftover cups with no straws. Would definitely give five stars if it wasn't for the straws.

Love the colorful lids the cups draw attention to bring kids and adults to table.the only thing was wrong the lids were hard to put on.

The first time I ordered these lemonade cups they were perfect. This last shipment I received I was disappointed with. My team struggled trying to get the lids on the cups. It slowed our line down big time. They had problems with every lid they tried. I'm ordering these one more time, but if they're the poor quality that doesn't fit again, then it will be my last time.

Absolutely love these lemonade cups. They are great for our display and bring customers to our booth. They are easy to store and use and love that they come complete with cup, lid and straw.

We have been using this brand of cups for years in our business, but there has obviously been a manufacturing change in the product. Now about 10% of the lids do not fit the cups (or the cups don't fit the lids) and we are constantly getting drinks returned because of holes in the straws. e On a positive note we do like the more efficient packaging.

The straws have holes in the bendy part. 1 in 5 have theses holes. Can not find a link to file a complaint and get replacement straws.

It works great, the lid is easy to open for any refills we do. I like it a lot, is a great product at a great price.

These worked out great for our event. We see these cups on the board walk. They reusable that's the best part about them. The attraction of the cup brings us business from little kids pulling there parents to buy it for them

We love this cups! Not only attractive, but stable and easy to hold. The straw is wide and has a festive shape! The lid is tight, but we think this is a good thing - no spills!

The cups have nice colors. The cups, lids and straws are all of good quality. We ran into an issue with the 32oz cups being stuck together, with suction. They can be separated it's just time consuming and a inconvenience. WOULD HAVE GIVEN 5 STARS IF NOT FOR THIS ISSUE.
