Holds up well despite looking flimsy I have used this on many fishing trip so far. You can wash it off and freeze it again, recommended.

Worked well to prolong the heat temps in my few coolers. The size is perfect and they are easy to use. have not tried them cold only in the hot box.

Just received these yesterday--and I am sure that the three that aren't damaged will do just fine. However, be advised that apparently these do not hold up well during the shipping process. One of them had split and leaked all over the rest of them in the package. I have tried to rinse the 3 remaining, but it was a really nasty mess inside the package! Not exactly happy with this purchase...

The hot and cold packs work fine and are very affordable, but they were listed under he medical section on the site, and are not for first aid use at all. They go rock hard in the freezer, making them unusable for first aid purposes. They do seem like they would work fine in a cooler, however.

The pack really does get almost too hot and stays hot for longer than described on the website in my opinion. I was very impressed.

I've been needing something like this, I got a few of the instant ones, which work fine but only once or twice, this is reusable and you can even put in the microwave, need to get more!

I used this with choice cooler bags and they worked really well. They did not start melting till after 4 hours outside the bag. I recommend these packs

This cold and hot pack is awesome. You can use this product over and over again. For cold put in freezer and for hot microwave or put in boiling water!

I bought this so I could use it as a hot pack, but it's not the best for that function. You have to let it sit in boiling water or heat it in a bowl in the microwave covered in water. It never gets that hot, and I honestly have not been able to tell the difference when using this and just using an insulated cooler without it (meaning not a significant temperature difference or it didn't lengthen the time the food stayed warm). I now use it mainly as a cold pack, but you can get affordable cold packs anywhere.

Heats and cools. It's a nice product to have when the need arrive with a cut in the bag so watch out for that. Overall should work well.

Nice little pack for hot or cold. It is very firm and harsh when cold which makes it hard to flex into whatever shape you need if you are packing it into a container or using it so you need to try and mold it when warm before freezing into desired shape and try and keep it like that in a freezer. Other than that it is nice though after warming and rewarming and freezing in the past i have found the plastic gets weak and these can leak but still great if used correctly

The first one I got was oozing out the inside gel. It was damaged during shipping which wasn't a big deal as they took care of it promptly. I received the new one very quickly and the packing was done well and cautiously, there were no issues. Put it in the freezer to be ready for next use.

We've tested this and it works. We put in a pan and cover it completely with water, then microwave it for 3 minutes. Then microwave it again in for 60 increments, if needed. It keep hot foods hot. What's even better that you can also freeze this solid and use it for cold foods.

these things are great you can heat them up and use them to travel with hot foods then you can turn around and freeze them and boom now you keep cold food cold with the same product!!!!! highly recomended

I like the fact that you can go hot or cold with this we sometimes have some injuries in her kitchen from trying to move impossible and if someone pulls a muscle it's good to know that we have this on hand to help out

I suffered a knee injury earlier this month, and happened to have ordered this ice pack. I used it and noticed immediate benefits. The pack didn't condensate much either. Good small size for minor applications. Definitely recommend!
