They smell awfully bad and chemical. We use for our cafe and it’s terrible for food products.

My previous orders held up well. The last bunch I purchased were thin and wouldn't hold my containers of food. They have been made cheap as of late.

They smell like sour rotten garbage.

These are great bags! And the price is fantastic! I absolutely love how they look

Tears very easily

We have an ice cream store and we mainly use these bags to pack pint containers: we use this size when we need to put at least 3 pint containers (they fit all at the bottom) up to a maximum of 6, and it's still possible to fully close the bag (just use a lot of staples) in case of deliveries.

Unfortunately I bought 4 boxes of these 2 of them worked perfectly but the other 2 had many problems some bags missed handles others was stuck and won’t open But I have to order again hopefully this time I’ll get the perfect one

Great bags at a great price! We use them for to go orders and third party meal delivery orders. They fit a fair amount of food and things stack well in it as well. Shipping from Webstaurant is quick and they store easily as well. We buy a lot of to go bags and like these ones a lot.

Excellent bag as towns and states ban plastic. I didn't think it would hold up in the refrigerator due to moisture, but they are holding up great. Highly recommend.

Bags are fine, but they arrived with a distinct odor of sewage. I have received several shipments of bags of different sizes and at different times, and the same smell occurs. Need to check manufacturing or storage facility, and several times (not every time) they smell like they were stored in a barnyard or around a sewage leak.

Bags are sturdy and easy to open and use and hold a bunch of food and take out food very nicely of all shapes and sizes. Will be buying again

The size is good, fit the rectangle boxes with spaces and the 8x8 box with hinge perfectly? However, Choice paper bags always got issues. First, too much glue, from times to times we have to throw away a bunch of new bags, simply because the bags can't be open because they were glued together. They other problem is not enough glue. Ironically, some of the bags' bottom break apart because of lack of glue's present. Last but not least, a lot of time, the bags only have 1 handle, while there should be 2, one on each side. While talking to the customer service will help me get some refund, but that too much work. I also use Duro, never have any problem, but the cost is much higher

These bags appear to be best for weightless or extremely light items. Bags tore and fell apart attempting to provide a carry bag for our customers. Item was around 2-3 lbs. Won't repurchase.

We have been buying these for about a year !! They hold up well .. we used 8x8 takeout boxes and 4 will fit comfortably in this bag .. we use these for our delivery’s as well I haven’t had not one handle break on these ever !! Great product

Upon opening the box, I found the top bag was scuffed up with black all over making it unusable. Assuming the bottom bag will be trash as well. Outside of that, all of the bags have been glued shut at the top for about an inch or two from the side seam. My cupcake boxes take the full length and width of the bag, so I am unable to get my products in the bags without having to carefully pull it apart so it doesn't completely rip across/down.

I have been ordering this back for a year and a half. I have put up with the manufactural defect, having only one handle, sticking to each other and getting broken. However, the most disgusting fact is that recently they changed the material to the thinnest one so that you can see it as a translucent and way less capable to hold the weight it used to heandle. This is truly madly disappointing.

I’ve been purchasing these for a while as they are perfect size for my product. However, I will be switching to a different bags and due to the fact these aren’t well made. The paper is glued on the side to one another which is not secure at all and they rip in that place all the time. If I pack anything heavy I usually double bag this item. I wanted to like these as the price is decent but unfortunately it says match about the quality.

Haven't even received our order yet but was told AFTER ordering and only AFTER I asked that it woukd take EIGHTEEN WEEKS to get our bags. Ridiculous.

These bags are great! Sturdy, well-made, and the handles hold up well even with heavier items. Perfect for small orders, baked goods, or to-go packaging. Simple, clean design that looks professional!

Ordered this same product as a repeat order, and the bags are now smaller (than "same" size from previous batches received). Not sure what's going on, but paying the same price for a smaller bag is frustrating.

I ordered these bags because I Had a positive experience with the other sizes. These however were absolutely not the same quality! The paper felt cheap and flimsy. I had two trash at least 25 bags that were either dirty with hand or shoe prints like they were stepped on in the factory and still put in the box, or they were glued together, Or missing a handle(s). I literally just found 3 three more as I was writing this review wishing that I had taken pictures of all the other unusable bags I threw away.

Various bags were stained orange as if something had spilled on them, and some of them were stuck together

So many bags are missing one handle making them useless. I purchased them multiple times thinking this was a one-ff quality control issue, but to my surprise, they are an ongoing problem. I called to address this, and was asked to go through the entire box (250) to tally the defective bags. I don't have the luxury of performing quality control for Choice or Webstaurant. I expected an RMA as I was using their PLUS upgrade, but it didn't matter. I'm having to buy local where I DO have a choice to return them if they are defective.

Great quality at a price far cheaper than other brands. Makes using a paper bag affordable. Looks classy.

We have /purchased used these in the past, but our last batch bought in December '24 had a significant number with only one handle. We ended up having to discard a lot of bags. Due to this, we have decided to discontinue this purchase and got a similar price for a better quality bag from a local supplier. The quality of Choice products has really been on the decline.

As far as shopping bags go, they get the job done. Has anyone else noticed they smell awful? Not sure what that's about.

A huge amount of these bags were made with only 1 handle, so I had to throw them away. I could understand if it was 1 or 2 here and there but I got big chunks of the box that came this way.

My box arrived open. I get webstaurant caters to businesses over home businesses, but at least seal the box up right. This is my last order with you because something is always wrong.

Very lightweight paper. Poor quality, they rip right away. I do not recommend.

No Issues I like the product good price pretty sturdy

I won't recommend to get customization services for these bags. We had a very bad experience since the beginning. The order was placed and it took a while a couple of of follow up emails to get receipt confirmation for the order. The first proof came wrong and they came back with the right version one day after. The order was supposed to take 90 days and it took 120 days. These are printed in China and shipped to the US. The boxes containing the bags are made with a very thin cardboard so the boxes boxes were crushed and in bad conditions. The colors of the final product were way off the actual colors and after a few phoine calls and emails, they kept saying the manufacturer said everything was fine and the provided me with a 15% discount.

We used these for a cycling event as our swag bag. These are sturdy and held some weight. I definitely would order these again.

Good quality bag that does not easily break! Handles are durable and the bottom is secured with a good adhesive to prevent a break and spill. We buy all the time and would recommend!

bags literally smell like manure. these are supposed to be used for food service? not with that odor. would not buy again.

Very weak bags, and could not contain our to go bowls. Bag would rip through easily.

This Choice 10” x 6 3/4” x 12” white paper bag is used as our to go bag at our restaurant. We just put our sticker on it. This size fit our to go container perfect.
