Good quality papers, used these with my burger press and it's awesome. I have been making burgers in bulk amounts with these papers and then freezing them. Papers are a little thin but they work perfectly for what I need.

this works great for my "off label" application: I juice at least one lemon a day in a manual juice press. I place a piece of patty paper over the outside of the lemon half, that would touch the top of the press if the paper was not there. Makes it easier to clean the press.

great patty paper. we use these for pre-pitying sausage and burgers. freezes well and thaws easily. comes apart from the meat without sticking. ver convenient for use in our kitchen.

These patty papers work well the dispenser box is convenient. I don't have much trouble with them sticking to beef or tearing when I am removing them. Good value for your money.

This patty paper is a great product. I use it to separate homemade bean burgers, hamburgers and other food items. It is a very nice product.

These come in a compact box that readily fits on a shelf in my pantry or on the counter in my workspace. The individual sheets are a versatile size and don't stick together, making them easy to grab and use, as needed. I primarily use them to separate stacks of cookies, brownies, and other baked goods, but they come in handy for other purposes, as well . . . as a 'wipe' to grease pans, as a splatter-shield over a cup of butter that's being melted in the microwave, as a cover over my food scale when weighing stuff, etc.

We hand pat our burgers every day, so we go through a lot of these patty papers. Some brands we used to use would have varying sizes in each box from the papers being cut incorrectly, but these have all been perfectly square.

These are AMAZING! I have found so many applications for these in my bakery business. Layer them between cookies or use them to present items on. They don't stick to products, they look great, and they are easily accessed in their box. Highly recommend these!

I purchased these to go with a patty press. These are an absolute life saver, I hate clingy meat and these work great to keep the meat from sticking to the press.

Great little pieces of wax paper. We use them for baked goods and boxes of things we don't want to stick when stacked. Perfect size for bite-size food.

i use this paper to wrap the taco, perfect size for tortillas size 4-5. this is waxed paper without hole i like the volume of this paper without breaking your bank since this is disposable and eco friendly

These papers were great. They were not the thin ones that food soaks into. I use them for patties and for putting between layers of cookies and cooked bacon besides patties.

these patty papers work great for half pound burgers. the paper is just the right thickness and size. doesn't get soggy after sitting with the burger on them

I USE THIS PAPER TO SEPARATE THE GREEK BURGERS AS I PRESS THEM OUT AND STACK THEM , THEN PUT IN FREEZER BAGS BEFORE STORING IN THE FREEZER TO ENSURE THAT THEY DON'T STICK TOGETHER AND CAN GET THE QUANTITY THAT I NEED TO COOK AT THAT TIME .

Works great with the cast aluminum patty press. Stops the meat from sticking to the press and getting stuck all over the inside. Use 2 of these if you plan on stacking the patties together in the freezer to prevent them from freezing together.

This is by far the best price I've found on patty paper. The dimensions fit nicely into our 5th pans and the paper itself is of high quality.

This patty paper is just as good as the ones we buy from our food vendors. It is cheaper from webstaurant.com when it is on sale.

Use these for all our burgers. Good weight, keeps everything separated. Only down side is they are not tissue folded so several come out at a time and some end up going to waste.

These patty paper are the best ever! The 5 1/2x 51/2 are perfect size for our patty press. I bought a box of 1000 and I wish I would have bought more.

Fantastic price and product! We use them to line the Dart 6x6x3 clamshells (#30160HT1 ) sold on this site. They fit the bottom of the shell perfectly. They dispense without sticking and have a nice waxy feel to them. We love them. We say buy a few boxes. Jeff

These are the perfect size for the manual patty press sold by Webstaurant. We've experimented with none, one, and two, and we really prefer using two just because we can be sure the surface of the patty isn't touching anything else until we put it on the griddle. If you're only going to refrigerate the patties, this lighter paper works just fine.

These patty papers are sold at a very good price! After comparing to others, these seem to be the best value and they do not stick. Good purchase!
