I used this paper to wrap focaccia bread at my first farmer's market. The oil soaked right through the paper immediately - there was no delay. The description of this paper said, "The 40# basis weight gives it the strength it needs to hold up against blood, oil, or water..." This did NOT hold up to oil as promised in the description. It was a waste of money and my customers were carrying around oil-soaked paper. Hardly a positive first impression. We had to double wrap the bread to delay the oil from bleeding through, but after a little while, the paper was still was soaked in oil. (See pic - that is the bread after being double-wrapped). Very disappointed with this product.
