Been using these for years in my bakery, I like to buy this size and cut to fit needs, but cut if in half works well with most of our smaller sheets and for lining 2lb bread loaf pans. Full size on our larger sheets. The hold up well and do not effect cooking. When doing cookies we can do several batches with one sheet, it does not burn, crisp up. Some moister batches, and breads are one time use, but on the other side roasting nuts/seeds they can be used 20+ runs and still be in good condition.

I do really like this parchment paper. I have purchased every kind from here, both white and brown, with every type of coating. I'd say these may be reusable one time, but I've never reused it. They just hold up pretty well. If the price is the same as the other type, buy it. If it's more expensive, go with the regular non-reusable parchment paper.

I don't usually feel inclined to write reviews but DO NOT BUY THESE. These are by far and away the worst baking sheets I've ever used. They are not grease proof or grease resistant AT ALL. Ruined a full days worth of cookies and granola using these sheets. This paper just sucks any bit of moisture and oil out of the product. SO frustrating because I bought a big box of these and don't have any use for them as they are literal garbage. Don't waste your money on these.

I’ve been using this product for years and it has yet to show me wrong! I will not be switching to another product. I use it for baking pastries, baking meat and vegetables, and storing meats (as if it were butcher paper). It is very reusable in most situations!

I bought these because how you can reuse them plus my biggest issue with parchment is buying it by the roll and not being able to get it straighten. These are great!

Good half sheet parchment pan liners. Size is perfect for a normal half sheet pan, and being pre cut makes it that much more convenient.

We love these pan liners. They work perfect for all our baking needs and we can flip them over and use more than once for our baking!

Great parchment paper. Good packaging and delivery. Can be used multiple times when stored properly. Very durable and well priced. Will definitely purchase this item again.

Such a nice heavy parchment paper. Very very reusable I sometimes even use them on my pizza stone to keep it clean :-). I also use these for birdcage liners believe it or not they make clean up super quick and easy and our exact size of our cage.

Great for easy clean up. I use these to roast my veggies. A little salt and olive oil on veggies on this liner. EASY clean up and love that it's not bleached white!

These worked well depending on the use. I found that if the temperature was over 400 degrees F, they tended to burn. No big deal, it still did the job but just be wary of that

I love to use these parchment sheets because they aren’t bleached and they fit perfectly into my half sheet bun pans. I haven’t tried to reuse them, though.

I used the parchment paper to line a glass container when making a frozen yogurt treat that needed to set in the freezer. It allowed me to easily lift up the yogurt to cut into frozen squares, without sticking to the glass.

A great liner.While it says it can be reused it doesn't fully work multiple times. My best experience is baking multiple batches of cookies back to back as opposed to saving the used parchment for another time.

These case of parchment paper will last a really long time, they save you a lot of time when cleaning up your half size sheet pans and food generally doesn't stick to it.

Although I do not reuse these, nothing sticks to tis liner. I cant imagine working without them. These are a must have for any cookie sheet.

Absolutely love these. One hundred percent reusable! The quality is very good, They don’t burn in the oven like other brands. Will be reordering again!

These will really save you quite a bit of time. They are much more convenient than having to measure and cut a sheet from your roll each time you want to line a pan.

I use these every day! Lining the baking sheet before roasting fish and beef and pork makes cleanup so much easier. The pre cut sheets are so handy. Also great for baking cookies.

This parchment is great for baking cookies, or anything that needs to be baked in high volume as it is truly reusable! I can use each sheet 3 times!

These parchment sheets are perfect! They come already cut so no measuring is required and can be used 3-4 times! Will definitely purchase more in the near future!

I have used and reused this parchment paper to make peanut brittle, fudge, and many baked goods; nothing stuck to it. I highly recommend it.

Like this is a really terrific parchment paper it works really good are use it to bake bread and pastries cookies stuff phone works great dude

My Aunt bakes rolls for my restaurant so I decided to let her they this reusable parchment paper. She loved the thickness and the ability to reuse

These are a bit more expensive than the others but they are absolutely worth the price. We make a lot of cookies and pastries so this is very useful

I will be re-ordering these liners despite the fact that they do stick a bit more than other types of coated parchment. The fact that they don't contain chromium, are unbleached, and are fully biodegradable give them a clear edge over the competition. The liners fit our full-size pans perfectly, and they withstand high heat applications (~450F w/ convention) nicely. We do reuse them when possible, although sugar or fruit filling spills sometimes prevent us from doing so. Thank goodness they are an environmentally sound choice!

tried these for 2 reasons.they are reusable and only couple bucks more then disposible ones i used to buy.they worked fine for making my cookies and performed well

This box of paper has 1000 sheets. Bake n reuse aspect is the most incredible part. I've been a proponent of making these papers nice enough so we can decrease paper usage even more.

I couldn't love these things any more than I do. I baked many dozen cookies on a single sheet. The cookies just slide right off with no issues!

These are so nice for my half sheet pans. Regular rolled parchment paper doesn’t quite cover everything you need...with these, it is all good though!

THese parchment paper are so convenient, they come ready cut to fit the size of a half size pan. I keep on reaching for these! They are strong and durable

I like that I can use these multiple times...very ecco friendly. The size fits my pans perfectly. It's nice not to have to trim sheets anymore.

Love these natural parchment sheets! They are a tad big for my half sheet pans, but I actually like it, allows me to keep any liquid from getting underneath. I also usually get 4-6 uses out of each sheet!

The pads are smooth, unbleached, and true to size. Being able to reuse them is nice, but I'm not sure that I would. I think that I'd prefer either using one shot pads or full silicone mats. Splitting the difference seems a bit too much of a compromise on both sides, at least in most situations. That isn't really a reflection on the product's quality or value ( which are both good), however.

Excellent quality parchment paper - nice 12 x 16 size. We use them regularly for baking and separating hot rolls in our warmers. Great product!

Been using this for the oven and dehydrator. I Can only use once n the dehydrator as the paper becomes brittle after just one use.

I used this for laying over a pan and pouring a thin batter of cake. It made the separation a whole lot easier! You just have to peel it off after you flip it if making a huge cake. To keep the moisture in, I did place a same-sized pan over until the cake cooled off. NO MORE SLICING LAYERS!!

Great parchment paper, cut to size to fit half size cookie sheets. I love to use parchment paper to keep pans clean, and to help keep a nice texture on the bottom of baked goods.

This size parchment makes my life so much easier. A lot of the time I even find myself only using half of a liner rather then the full sheet which makes it last longer. I've never had anything stick to it.
