Good bag overall, thicker and more insulated than the Choice brand, but because so, it is a little heavier and more flimsy. Would be better if it came with a solid bottom to retain it's shape, we had to add a piece of thin plexiglass on the bottom to keep it from buckling.

We use these type bags often for our catering deliveries so we were excited to try this one. Nice bag and fully functional as described. The pockets are nice but not sure what they're for. Our only issues with the bag were:L 1) We have several of these bags from Choice and we felt they were a much better value. Their bags are almost half the price and just as functional & sturdy as these. 2) these have velcro closures, our preference is zippers as other bags use. Zippers seem to last longer and are easier to clean. All in all, they'r nice bags but there are others out there at similar quality but for less money

June 6 we ordered 5 of these bags. I'm not impressed with the velcro seal. The seam is also separating. In the same purchase we also ordered the Blue Choice Insulated zipper bag. The Choice bag is definitely better. I'll be checking into the return policy on the 1 bag we've used and the 4 we haven't used yet. Would not purchase again.

I purchased 4 of these bags 4 months ago and two of them are unusable as the seams are coming apart along the sides and on the top closure section. This is due to poor construction not overuse or overloading of product. Webstaurant customer service was exceptional in agreeing to credit our account for the two defective units.

This bag is great!!! Very sturdy and insulated great. Able to hold hot and frozen foods. Highly recommended to anyone in restaurant to go or catering!

I liked the style and it was nice to use however with carry cases it has to be washable/wipeable and dryable....this one was neither of those. Used for food transport and it retained moisture and food smells and then mold started growing also. Had to throw away.

I absolutely love this Insulated Soft-sided food delivery bag/pan carrier. We used it to transport full size catering pans and we fit 5 without a problem. They stayed put and no leaks. The bag is ultra strong and the easy velcro closures for the cover are so convenient. The straps to carry the bag are very strong also. It is an all around great product!

This heavy duty insulated bag really performs compared to other brands we have although the price is a little bit higher but the quality compensates for it.

I had been searching for a quality food delivery bag forever when I came across WebstaurantStore and ServIt. These guys have quality products, so I'm happy I found them! I do UberEats, so I needed something that would hold up to the grind, and this bag sure does it for me! First off, the velcro makes everything faster to access, and it's super durable, so no chance of it flying open. The exterior pockets are definitely large enough for 2 liter bottles, and there's even a windowed slot for your receipts. The hardboard bottom is a plus, as it will prevent your containers from collapsing on top of one another during transport. There's also a nice sized pocket on the inside lid area for your heat/cold packs. The bag is larger than I expected, but I'm glad, because I have enough room for my 424DRINK3BG ServIt small drink bag plus to-go containers. Oh, and they even added reflective stripes for your safety! The only thing I wish it had was a shoulder strap, but other than that it's a great bag!

I got this bag to help with our food delivery. It worked amazing. Our delivery system works so much better now. I recommend for all delivery options

Overall a great bag. We use these for both cold and hot purposes. Great size and wow the number of side pockets, maybe too many but all good. The biggest issue is the velcro enclosures. They take too long to close the bag since they 4+ of them to deal with separately. Additionally if you fold the bag up, then it's even harder since the velcro flaps become unflattened. We want zippers instead. Zippers are so much faster and easier to use.

Great to see a delivery bag skip the zippers, that break within a month anyways, and go straight to a sturdy velcro! We will be purchasing more of these for our arsenal!

They are nice bags, but didn't realize they don't fully close. We thought it was zipper + velcro, not just velcro. Good bags, our mistake in picking the ones that don't fully close.

This bag fits our full hotel pans which is what we were looking for. The pans fit comfortably and are easy to handle getting in and out of the bag. I like all of the pockets but can't imagine using more than just one on the side. I am used to zipper closures and will see how long the Velcro holds up but the feature I like best is the rollover lip around the top opening. I wish it was a little more rigid; something like a solid hot box but lighter.

We use this bag to deliver cheese and sandwiches to multiple addresses. We throw in some ice packs and all items stay cold for hours during delivery. Light weight and easily latches with the Velcro seal. Works very well.

Incredible helpuf! It has tons of small bags where you can divide all your stuff. Heavy Duty definitely. We used it for cold items and it works as well. Easy to clean.

As a high demand catering company that delivers meals on a daily/ weekly basis, these bags are very convenient and work nicely for traveling with food.

I love this bag it keeps all my food at the correct temp on between of deliveries. Will ne needing 2 more..the zippers function well which is always a concern

Not my favorite bag. Not good for constant use. Once it gets dirty, you just have to throw it out. But if you package food well, it should do the job

These work great. Some bags rip it easy but these dont. You can fit about a dozen togo containers in them and they also fit a full size catering pan. They are very well insulated too and easy to carry

Highly recommend this insulated bag because it is a perfect size and amazing quality. We used it for catering and it kept our products cold during whole event. It is also very convenient that it has pockets on a side to put some additional stuff for quick access.

now this is a big bag great for dry food got this Bag to drive for doordash its a great bag but don't spill anything in it the bag will act like a sponge it only water resistant for little drops of water a drink spilled in mine and it was all in the bag and on the floor of my car yes it leaks you will need to find out how to put a liner in it if you don't want it to leak. Will I get it again no I will not I would like one with a liner that I can take out and clean

The bags do hold the amount of pans listed overtime the stitching in the handles start to give out. Also they do not dry/wipe as clean as the description says. We cleaned the inside of the bag turned it inside out to dry and after two days it still had moisture by the end of the week mold was growing in the bag. The rep said that could happen with the bags, wish I would of known that before purchasing them.

I travel to my family's for all the holidays, this bag makes it easy to carry my prepared dishes. It is very well made, spacious and easy to wipe down. Kept the food warm. I just wish it came with an extra headboard, one for the bottom of the bag and the extra one to offer stability in between food trays.

I previously had a different pan carrier that essential wore out with multiple use and heavy abuse. I purchased two of these and couldn't be more thrilled with the construction of these bags. I love the velcro top closer and don't need to worry about zippers breaking or getting caught. There is plenty of room in the side pockets to store items like gloves, utensils... when transporting food for events. They easily fold up for storage and the pans fit so nice and snug in the bag. This was a really great purchase!

Very large and well constructed. The exterior pockets on the end are helpful as well. Only complaint is the lack of a shoulder strap, will potentially sew one on ourselves. Side handles would be a nice addition as well

great product. The brand is realiable. WE use these for carrying out our pie products. They are great with the added pocket for a cold bag.

Good sturdy and durable. Spills wipe clean. These are invaluable to our carry away items. Soft sided makes it easier to add more items and fill the bag up

I bought two of these for a party that I was supplying lasagna for. It easily fit 4 half tray pans. The only thing I had to add is a strong bottom because the bottom was just cloth too. My husband cut a board to fit in the bottom and then it was great. Its well made and kept the food warm until I needed it.
