This is a great mixer if you are using soft serve ice cream. If you are using hard ice cream it is useless from day one unless you purchase the other spindle. In my opinion a milkshake mixer should be able to make a shake without having to purchase something else. I believe it is a cost-cutting measure which will not sit well with consumers. Once you purchase the other spindle there are no problems.

Very powerful drink mixer. We had a big expectation about this product because somebody recommended it as one of the best mixers in the market. I confirm, it absolutely is.

This product works great. Have no problems with it. The only problem is there being bubbles in the paint. Other than that it is a great addition to a ice cream shop or any place that needs to make alot of milkshakes.

This drink mixer is great quality. We use it in our ice cream business to blend ice cream shakes / frappes. We have a high volume of orders, so the three spindles allows us to process multiple orders at a time. Sometimes this machine doesn't get a break for hours at a time, but it has held very good so far.

We have a love/hate relationship with this mixer. I gave it 5 stars because it mixes like a champ, looks great, awesome quality, although one of the switches is going out on it, but we've made about 25,000 drinks in the last year on this. So that's the love part. Here's the hate. The Auto mix feature is pretty much junk to us. We've always mixed our shakes without a feature that holds the cup so you can walk away, when we tried the auto feature on this ,it never mixed well, and took way too long. We used it like that for a day, it quadrupled the time it took to mix a shake by hand (holding the cup moving it around while mixing). We've had this mixer for about two years now and love it. We use it to make milkshakes. It is pretty powerful and not overly loud. I am happy to say that we have not encountered any mechanical issues with this machine. It is pretty powerful and not overly loud.

This milkshake machine is very durable! We use this in our high paced store front and we are consistently making milk shakes. It is perfect for single serving, this makes just enough for one shake, We usually place two flavors at a time.

This is a hit. I make what you call insane milkshakes in my bakery and it servers its purpose to whip up delicious milkshakes quickly and I can add my cupcake on the top. Customers love it

Overall this was a good mixer. We have a high volume ice cream shop and it worked well from 2/28/2015 - 1/21/2017 (almost two years). Unfortunately the motor burned out yesterday - wish it would have lasted longer. Might be the best option out there though.

I don’t make a lot of shakes/frappes at my cafe but this machine does a great job. The price was reasonable for a commercial machine and it doesn’t take up too much space on my counter. Small but mighty it gets the job done. Perfect for smaller establishments.

This thing is a paperweight. It actually does not produce milkshakes. It compacts the ice cream to the bottom of the container and actually does not create a drinkable product. Webstaurant does not seem to care they are misrepresenting a subpar product and refused to take a return the day after we received this unit.

This spindle is amazing. It has never failed us in any time of need. Have been using it for over a year and it still blends our milkshakes the way we need it to! The fact that it is wall mounted makes it even more convenient because you can save on counter space!

Works well, the machine is powerful yet produces very little noice. We use it to make about 100 hundred drinks a day and it is working great till this moment.

Terrible Machine Its falsely advertised weak takes way over a minute to do a single shake legit used it 3 times and now i have to eat a loss because they dont want to take this terrible machine back

Its been month but so far so good, this unit can handle high volumes of milkshakes everyday all day, very happy with our purchase. If the times comes to replace our current machine we will purchase it again.

Higher price point but good quality. Removable and easy to clean parts No problems this far and we sell a high volume of malts & milkshakes.

I wanted to purchase this mixer so bad but didn’t have the funds at the time. I do currently have one just like this one that’s older and only one spindle works but it has been the best mixer I’ve ever used last so long and would love to buy this new one soon

I bought HMD-200 to make milkshakes. It has a verybstrong motor and is easy to use. I am pretty satisfied with the quality of the product. And the price Wenstraurantstore.com offers is cheaper than any other stores i have searched. One drawback is it is hard to completely mix hard icecream as the blade or head of the spindle does not reach the very bottome of the stainless cup. you need to stir the content to comepletly mix it up. Other than that it is great.
