Absolutely delicious! I use this hot chocolate to make my white chocolate and white chocolate mocha hot chocolate bombs. It’s creamy and smooth. Not too sweet either.

This powder makes rich tasting hot cocoa. Tastes great with milk. However, we prefer to mix in a little bit more to make it a little bit thicker. Have been repurchasing this product.

Poorly packaged and damaged in transit. I gave 2 stars because they did refund me. However, they need to work on packaging because this is not the first item to arrive damaged.

This product is very versatile and easy to use in hot, cold and blended applications. Deep rich chocolate flavor that blends well with caramel, peppermint and others to make lots of great flavor combinations.

This was not flaked white chocolate as we expected, however has a sugar like texture, combined with what looks like coffee mate, sounds gross but tastes divine. It makes the most amazing white hot chocolate when you stir four tsp into a mug of hot milk, and stir the same amount into freshly brewed coffee,( we have a senseo) and you have the most luxurious white mocha you can imagine. Rich, tasty and not too expensive this is worth every single naughty calorie. Oh and Hubbie says that it tastes awesome straight from the spoon in all it's grainy glory.

This is the most delicious dark chocolate powder I have ever tasted. It makes a beautifully dark chocolate cake and the flavor is so rich and delicious. We make a double chocolate chip cookie with in that my daughter calls her "emotional support" cookies because they are so good. The smell is intoxicating and the flavor is deep and smooth. A winner.

In my opinion Ghiradelli makes the best chocolate due to the smoothness and deep flavor, and this definitely applies to their dutch cocoa powder. It has a very rich chocolate flavor. But is is not acidic like other lower quality brands, and it has a very smooth tasting experience whether made into cocoa or in baked products. Can't beat this cocoa powder.

This is a really great value for cocoa powder so I will definitely continue to purchase. I use this cocoa powder in brownies, cakes, cupcakes, frostings and cookies and is quite versatile for all. However, I was surprised to find it doesn't have as much chocolate flavor as I would like. When using this cocoa powder in my bakery recipes I either have to increase the amount of cocoa powder used or pair this with natural cocoa powder in order to get the depth of chocolate flavor I am looking for.

Ghirardelli sweet ground chocolate cocoa powder far exceeded my expectations. I am a huge Hershey fan but after trying this for the first time I have to say I am in love.

We use this in our white mocha.. so many possible variations! Blueberry and cinnamon, lavender white hot chocolate, caramel drizzle.. so good in so many things. Including iced and blended.

I researched before buying this cocoa powder and have enjoyed it in several applications. The flavor is rich and enhances the taste of chocolate syrup, cookies, rum balls, etc. The weather is just now getting cold enough to make hot cocoa. I expect rave reviews!

The Majestic Dutch Cocoa by Ghirardelli is flavorful, rich and delicious in our Local Acre baked goods. The cannisters make it easy to use and we have very little, if any, waste. Products arrive very quickly, too.

This Ghirardelli Majestic Dutch Cocoa Powder is out of this world! By fat the richest Dutch processed cocoa that I have used. Have worked without fail and produces the yummiest desserts! Will continue to purchase this!

I've always been a Hershey's dark cocoa user but this is my new found love. It is so smooth and makes a great chocolate cake or cupcake. Typically in my chocolate cake batters I use two kinds of cocoa - this one is so versatile that I'm considering using it only.

This is a wonderfully rich, chocolaty powder that works well for Hot Chocolate Beverages as well as baking. For Hot Chocolate it's nice with milk and cream, but it is rich enough to just enjoy "as is." A little in coffee makes a nice Mocca. This is the first Chocolate powder that I have found with this much versatility because of its great taste. You don't even need a lot of it, which makes it more economical.

This isnt your everyday cocoa powder. This is the one you being out when the powder itself is a feature of your dish and your not just looking for generic chocolate flavor. It's not bitter at all but clearly an adult dark cocoa flavor.

This stuff is wonderful. I have used it in regular milk for cocoa and I have used it with powdered milk to make a hot cocoa mix. Its not quite as great as my own homemade recipe for hot cocoa, but a solid good cocoa and chocolate mix.

For the convenience and taste, this is a very, very good purchase. Nothing quite beats using cocoa and sugar or honey, but considering the convenience, this is in my opinion the best instant hot cocoa mix.

If you're looking for something that is great for making hot cocoa, or to add to espresso drinks, this is a good bet. If you're looking for something to add to cake recipes, I wouldn't use this. This is already sweetened, so you run the risk of making your cakes too sweet with this chocolate. If you're making a mocha, this is perfect.
