This sauce is ok for adding to shakes but I don’t recommend using it for garnish. The flavor is good but consistency is not. It’s slightly transparent and will not give you a beautiful white drizzle on top of shakes or desserts. It’s best used as a mixed in ingredient.

Ghirardelli products are a standard in my kitchen. The premium ingredients come together for an amazing flavor that everyone enjoys. I use the sauce to drizzle on deserts and drinks.

This White Chocolate flavoring sauce is awesome. I drizzled it on cakes, cheesecakes, & pies. It taste heavenly! My kids love it on their strawberries.

I really like the flavor of this sauce. I would not say it tastes like white chocolate because it has what comes across as an almond like flavor to me but non the less this is great in coffee.

I was not overly impressed with this sauce. It did not taste much like white chocolate. It was very sweet and had a hint of almond flavor to it. If I hadn't looked at the bottle, I would probably think it was some kind of a vanilla wafer melt syrup, not white chocolate.

This is definitely a sauce. It's thickener than those syrups, which are really a lesser consistency than syrup. The flavor is there, rich and creamy. It's great as a flavoring or topping to almost anything.

Love this sauce ! i add it to my buttercream frosting for a nice flavorful white chocolate frosting - it makes a great drizzle too . Great quality product at a fair price - i recommend this product if you are looking for that kick of white chocolate flavor .

Omg! This white chocolate sauce is amazing. Ghiradelli is yet to disappoint me. I used this as a drip for my dark and white chocolate raspberry cake and it was delicious

This white chocolate Ghirardelli sauce is a perfect compliment to other lines of chocolate I keep in my coffee line up. This sauce mixes better than the chocolate or caramel options, and gives a nice creamy taste. It allows me to make coffee house type drinks at home, instead of spending a lot of money at coffee shops!

We love all of Ghiradelli’s products! This one in particular is very versatile. We offer it in a latte or in a frappe at our cafe in MS! The customer base enjoys it very much and can easily be paired with other flavors!

We use this product on our danishes, brownies, and so many other items. It's consistency is perfect for what we need it for. It has a very good flavor and our customers love it. It is the perfect compliment in our bakery.

We found that our customers liked a different brand over these for our Coffee Shop. Capora Brand is what we use now and our customers enjoy it much better.

Ghirardelli has two problems with their flavoring syrups, worthless yet high priced pumps as well as high priced products. Go Monin.

THIS IS A GREAT SYRUP, WE USE IT IN SEVERAL OF OUR LATTE RECIPES BECUASE IT BLENDS WELL IN EITHER HOT OR COLD DRINKS AND THE FLAVOR IS FANTASTIC.

It has NOT white chocolate flavor at all, just taste like sugar with some essence. I boughted a couple of this to combine with my waffles, disappointed because the brand is so good in other flavors or products.

The white chocolate flavoring tastes great. Has a good consistency. Comes out of the pump with no problems. Works perfectly in our blended coffees. Love it.

This Chocolate Flavoring Sauce has a smooth sweet flavor without a corn syrup after taste. it compliments any drink from lattes, cold brew and milk based drinks.

The sauce is thinner than the other chocolate but I’m fine with that. It mixes great in hot or cold drinks very well, and the perfect amount of sweetness. Along side with using the recommended pump this is a great product to have at any restaurant

We have tried every brand of white chocolate syrup on the market. We really like this brand, expect that the pumps do not reach the bottom of the container.
