We use this in our commercial hot chocolate machine. Great name and quality that you come to expect. Does not clump in machine like other brands and delivers a consistent product for our guests. Worth the extra pennies difference from a generic brand.

Ghirardelli is the highest quality for hot cocoa mixes! This mix really tastes gourmet, kids and adults love it! One of my personal favorites is adding Torani's Sweet Heat to make an amazing and unique Mayan Hot Cocoa, add a little dusting of cinnamon too! This mix holds up to most any added flavor without making it too sweet to drink!

We bought this a while ago and it proved amazing for hot chocolates. You can go cheaper with Swiss miss or a store brand but this is just so much better especially if you want to set yourself apart.

This is the most delicious hot cocoa I have ever tasted. It makes the most luxurious and creamy cocoa. It has a European decadence that works well in my small French cafe. We mix the powder in milk with a handheld immersion blender and then heat it up. Customers always comment on how delicious it is. I highly recommend this.

This has AMAZING chocolate flavor! We use half milk, half water & that seems to be the best combination. It is super rich, not at all artificial or chemically tasting, like some powdered cocoas. Our customers absolutely LOVE it! We serve it with marshmallows; it's such a fun seasonal treat!

This tastes ok but is very convenient. I bought in bulk and donated two bags of it to my son's middle school hot cocoa and gift card party. I"m just trying to get through it and switch to the sweet ground chocolate and cocoa powder instead.

Ghirardelli makes the best powdered/instant hot chocolate that we have found. The grocery brands or the local "gourmet" brands just aren't as good (at least to us). The quality of the Ghirardelli is top notch.

We are very impressed with this product. The consistency of the mix is done very well. The chocolate is not super over powering, which is nice. It really just is a well blended mix of flavor.

The name is what convinced me to purchase..... it did not meet my expectations. It is watery, and has a burnt taste. Not pleased at all.

During the Winter months this is our most requested Cocoa it blends really well it stirs up nice and even without leaving major clumps. The taste is beautiful with milk or without. We like to use a bit of cream and a bit of milk to make it it gives it a real lovely creamy back texture and it's just a divine.
