We have been using this syrup for the past 5 years without any problems. The last two bottles have developed a fuzzy mold inside the bottle. In very fine print the bottle now says to use product within three weeks of opening. Please be aware of this if you buy this.

This has great flavor, but it does have a three week shelf life, so something to consider before purchasing. We're just starting out, so even the small container was a bit much for us to use within 3 weeks. It's easy to drizzle on top of whipped cream.

It tastes good but unless you purchase the pump to go with it, you will have a hard time getting it out of the bottle. I will stick with the smaller size that squeezes out fine. This product was a waste of money since my plan was to refill my smaller containers. I cant get this stuff to pour out to save my life! It's been sitting upside down for over an hour and you can see how much has come out.

Easily our best and fastest selling drink flavoring. When people see that we offer Ghirardelli sauces they get excited. It has the perfect flavor to make a hot chocolate. We also have vegan customers that approve and love that the ingredients work for their diet choices...

Delicious we used this on our dessert pizzas it has a nice rich chocolate flavor can also use for mixed drinks would go good on just about any dessert

We used Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce in our coffee shop for quite a while. Then 3 or 4 bottles in a row had a weird molding smell after being open for a few hours.

Like the white chocolate and caramel ghirardeli sauce better... the pumps give us trouble sometimes.

My community is full of sugar loving people, and they preferred this brand because it wasn't as dark of chocolate as Monin. But what became the deal breaker and switched me for good to Monin was this sauce likes to mold before you get it all used. No reason for it to, none of the other sauces ever molded. Other than that, a good flavor!

Another great offering from the Ghirardelli line. As a topping or an adder for beverages it’s exactly what you expect from the name. Good rich flavor and the texture is great even when cold.

This is the best chocolate sauce available! Do not waste your time buying others. The taste is great and the consistency is very thick & luxurious. Ghirardelli is quality and customers know it. It looks great oozing down the side of a cake or shake glass.

Ghirardelli, It's the brand that you can blindly buy and expect excellent results. This is their best chocolate sauce made form the finest ingredients. Perfection of coco powder, coco butter and sugar. Perfect to make third level hot chocolate. Mix with equal amount of espresso to make havenly delicious Mocha. Goes very well as topping on ice cream and frappe. Its a thick sauce and very convenient to use with pump ghirardelli's pump (sold separately) Highly recommended.

We found that our customers liked a different brand over these for our Coffee Shop. Capora Brand is what we use now and our customers enjoy it much better.

I use this chocolate in my ice cream store. I think it is far superior to other chocolates. The reason for the 4 star rating is the design of the bottle. It is extremely difficult to get all of the chocolate out of the bottle with out cutting the neck off. Unlike the caramel that comes out of the bottle nicely, this is so thick it is difficult to extract. I even have the pump, which is ok to a point but it still doesn't allow for use of all of the chocolate. I have read other reviews that state they leave it sit out on the counters. Beware, I cut the neck off of a bottle and found mold growing inside the neck. I add some simple syrup to it to make it easier to put on ice cream sundaes.

It’s really good, but it is pretty thick. I need it for my iced mochas, but I really think I’m going to switch to Hersheys chocolate syrup just for the convenience of putting on the side of the cups easier & the convenience & price of a local store.

it goes perfect with most of my bakes. Be it pan cake, cookies or waffle. Just add tad bit or more of it and viola

I've been ordering Ghiradelli for my coffee shop for years. It's by far the best chocolate sauce available and I love that they have a huge variety of flavors. It's very popular with customers! (although it isn't vegan)

This is well loved at ou shop! All the ghirardellis do very well at our store yes a little more pricey than others but customers know whats good and want to give them the best

The chocolate sauce tastes great. Sometimes you get a weird after taste, but not this one. The sauce holds up on the cup when we use it to drizzle the sides of our iced coffee cups, it doesn't dissolve right away like others have.

This has been such a hit in our house, all I can say is that I should have purchased more than one. Has a fudge taste and thick rich texture.

We used to purchase Mocha from GFS and then once tried this chocolate and were never changing ever again. We use it to make hot chocolates and it just gives it the rich chocolatey taste. Not like the powder hot chocolate this stuff is amazing!

This is really good stuff! I like that it doesn't have dairy in it and it's still a great chocolate flavor. I'm not a huge fan of dark chocolate or chocolate without milk usually, but this is great.

we use this instead of hot fudge and our customers like it just as good. we also can use it in our coffee drinks. it tastes amazing

I’ve never had anything made by Ghirardelli taste bad. I was optimistic this would be the same and it did not disappoint. Delicious and way better than any normal more readily available product.

This stuff is the most full flavored dark chocolate sauce that I've ever had the pleasure to taste. It is great on ice cream or milk shakes. Drizzle this over a 1/2 cup of peanuts in a small bowl and let it sit in the refrigerator for an hour. Thank me later.

Great tasting product. Great for mixing with ice or milk. It's just not nearly enough and once you get down to under about 1/2, you're squeezing the bottle a lot. Do yourself a favor and just get the bigger bottle with the pump.

I wasn’t too fond of the taste very surprised that it didn’t really taste like Ghiradelli chocolate. Maybe that recipe has improved Overtime!! I do hope it has
