Delicious ghirardelli sea salt caramel flavoring, although cannot compete with home made caramel sauce. Flavor is quite commercial, for commercial use its quite expensive, better for home use.

As always, we are pleased with this brand. Sea Salt Caramel has a fresh flavor and we are able to refill our smaller bottles as needed. This could use a pump to allow us to use straight from the original bottle, but given that that is not an option, we are satisfied with being able to purchase this in this quantity.
