I wanted a caramel sauce (not syrup) for drizzling on my lattes. I decided to try all 3 brands that, at the time of my order, were available from WebstaurantStore in a 'home-kitchen-friendly' size: Ghirardelli, Monin, and Torani. The differences seem subtle --- and possibly could vary between manufacturing batches, or with product freshness, or maybe even depend on the condition of my taste buds at the particular time I tasted them. The Ghirardelli taste is exceptional and makes our shakes takes so much better. The problem is that the chocolate is so thick, that we can’t get every bit of the chocolate out of the container, which is a waste of product. We have to cut the container open to scoop out the remaining chocolate, which is quite a bit.

Used this product for coffee drinks and hot cocoa, etc. While it does have a great flavor and is very smooth, the chocolate itself gets moldy quite fast after opening. We solved that by pouring half of it out and storing in the fridge, but it is annoying that we do have to do this to keep it good. Otherwise, if you go through it fast enough it is a great product.

We have been using this syrup for the past 5 years without any problems. The last two bottles have developed a fuzzy mold inside the bottle. In very fine print the bottle now says to use product within three weeks of opening. Please be aware of this if you buy this.

It tastes good but unless you purchase the pump to go with it, you will have a hard time getting it out of the bottle. I will stick with the smaller size that squeezes out fine. This product was a waste of money since my plan was to refill my smaller containers. I cant get this stuff to pour out to save my life! It's been sitting upside down for over an hour and you can see how much has come out.

Best Caramel sauce ever... very delicious! I use for my Turtle, Salted Caramel, and Banana Pudding Cheesecake. My customers always rave about the "sauce" being the grand finale.

It has a very nice flavor, its creamy and sweet! I like it and will purchase again! Doesn't get clogged in his pump! its a great choice for the price and quality!

Don’t like taste is too artificial and the color is white, Prefer Davinci Vanilla Sauce rather than Ghirrardelli . I bought it for my frappes and milkshakes but is tasteless.

Delicious we used this on our dessert pizzas it has a nice rich chocolate flavor can also use for mixed drinks would go good on just about any dessert

We used Ghirardelli Chocolate Sauce in our coffee shop for quite a while. Then 3 or 4 bottles in a row had a weird molding smell after being open for a few hours.

It's a much deeper flavor than the syrupy stuff kids mix into glasses of milk. But a thinner consistency than what comes out of a jar labeled "ice cream topping". Great caramel flavor, and a texture that sits perfectly on whipped cream (even the kind out of a can). I drizzled some on a brownie last night and was in heaven!

I was not overly impressed with this sauce. It did not taste much like white chocolate. It was very sweet and had a hint of almond flavor to it. If I hadn't looked at the bottle, I would probably think it was some kind of a vanilla wafer melt syrup, not white chocolate.

Love this sauce ! i add it to my buttercream frosting for a nice flavorful white chocolate frosting - it makes a great drizzle too . Great quality product at a fair price - i recommend this product if you are looking for that kick of white chocolate flavor .

Omg! This white chocolate sauce is amazing. Ghiradelli is yet to disappoint me. I used this as a drip for my dark and white chocolate raspberry cake and it was delicious

This white chocolate Ghirardelli sauce is a perfect compliment to other lines of chocolate I keep in my coffee line up. This sauce mixes better than the chocolate or caramel options, and gives a nice creamy taste. It allows me to make coffee house type drinks at home, instead of spending a lot of money at coffee shops!

We use this in our caramel macchiato. It’s at least in the top 3 favorite drinks. Highly recommended!

Probably the best caramel out there! It definitely trumps Monin for flavor and texture, but when you consider the nasty pump/bottle quality and price, it's not worth the money, even for a better flavor. There's not many things more frustrating than trying to pump Ghirardelli sauce during rush hour.

Another great offering from the Ghirardelli line. As a topping or an adder for beverages it’s exactly what you expect from the name. Good rich flavor and the texture is great even when cold.

This is the best chocolate sauce available! Do not waste your time buying others. The taste is great and the consistency is very thick & luxurious. Ghirardelli is quality and customers know it. It looks great oozing down the side of a cake or shake glass.

The absolute best caramel sauce! We’ve tried them all and there is anything even close in comparison. Others we tried had a very artificial taste or after taste. This caramel sauce is thick, rich and delicious. It is more difficult to mix into iced drinks because it is so thick, recommend keeping it somewhere on the warmer side so it flows better, but well worth it!

Ghirardelli, It's the brand that you can blindly buy and expect excellent results. This is their best chocolate sauce made form the finest ingredients. Perfection of coco powder, coco butter and sugar. Perfect to make third level hot chocolate. Mix with equal amount of espresso to make havenly delicious Mocha. Goes very well as topping on ice cream and frappe. Its a thick sauce and very convenient to use with pump ghirardelli's pump (sold separately) Highly recommended.

I used another brand since I procastined and didn't place my order in time from this site. It was not as rich and decadent as this brand obviously. Tastes great.

We use this product on our danishes, brownies, and so many other items. It's consistency is perfect for what we need it for. It has a very good flavor and our customers love it. It is the perfect compliment in our bakery.

We found that our customers liked a different brand over these for our Coffee Shop. Capora Brand is what we use now and our customers enjoy it much better.

No other way to go, Ghirardelli makes some of the best sauces I have had.

I love this caramel sauce. I use it for salted caramel frappes on my food truck, & it has really good flavor- not too salty, not too sweet- just really well-balanced. I will continue to buy this & I totally recommend.
