So inexpensive, unbelievable , high quality basket for pasta , veg. or whatever you need to blanch or boil. I don't see how they can sell them so cheap!

This is large size blanching basket, which is perfect for our kitchen. It fits one portion of noodles and vegetable to be served. The hanger at the back also perfect for resting and draining. Best to clean it with brush, not sponge or scrub, as the scrub fiber will get caught between mesh.

This pasta strainer is excellent quality and works great in my kitchen. Whenever I am making small batches of pasta at a time, this makes it easy. I can easily cook the pasta, strain it, and pour it into a pan with sauce. It is built extremely well and I would highly recommend it

For the price these are unbeatable! And as for the quality they are great! These pasta strainers work extremely well. The only complaint I have is that the handles get very very hot. I put silicone sleeves on mine when using them.

Good quality pasta strainer/basket that can be used as a strainer, or to cook noodles/vegetables in. Would be nice if it was more balanced and could stand upright in pots of any sizes.

These baskets are epic. Wooden parts help for you to not get burned when grabbing. We use to boil pasta, broccoli, etc. They are even bendable if necessary to fit into a pot.

These baskets are great for cooking our pastas. We make each order individually and this is the perfect size for us to do just that.

This pasta basket or strainer can hold a good amount of noodles and the holes aren't too big to where the noodles can fall out of it. Good buy

I use this kitchen tool every time I blanch vegetables. You could also use for straining purposes, but I wouldn’t recommend that because it isn’t very wide. Perfect for blanching.

Works great! The wood in the handle doesn't stay nice for long, but the rest of the construction is really nice. The metal framework is very nice and thick.

i love this strainer. it is made out of stainless steel and it's nice that it has a wooden handle. it comes in different sizes as well

Sturdily made and nicely designed, this kitchen gadget has proved itself for maintaining an organized kitchen. Putting partially cooked pasta in this and holding it until minutes from needing fully cooked pasta it one less step to worry about. The wood handle allows it to be easily handled and the hanging hook ensures that it will not drop to the bottom of the pot.

This item makes cooking pasta very easy. Simply drop it and pick it right back up. Not sure how you could do pasta without it honestly.

This is a great stainless steel pasta strainer. Really nicely made and just a joy to use. We were blown away how inexpensive it was. Top job.

i order this twice it worked great for the first 3 months, and then both times the handle fell off. Do not purchase this item

I bought four of these for pasta and realized they aren't going to work in my pan. However, my cook found that they work great in the fryer. She loves to use them with small orders of curds tucked in with fries. Really inexpensive too.

I have seen restaurants using this, so I thought I would give it a try, glad I did very Easy to use . Sits on pot , easy access. Glad I purchased it.

These things are great! For the price point they are beyond great. We only run one pasta dish during the winter and early spring season so this little guy is perfect. I did have to sand it down just a touch after a couple of months and I assume the health department may have issues with the wood on it but so far so good.

I am using it for re heating of pasta per order. Cutting the time down significantly.

I have never purchased one of these before. I'm glad I bought this one. It is made very well. I love the fact it has a handle with a hook so I can hang it from the shelf and not have to lay it down on any of the surfaces. It fits enough pasta for about one large order. The wire mesh is pretty thick so it doesn't bend easily which is good because it will hold up under many washes. A very nice clean design that rinses easily between orders.

The blanching basket is larger than I thought, but perfect for more than 1 serving when space and having more than one basket in a pot is not an option. Good quality construction, easy to clean, and great value.

Great stainless strainer, perfect for all pastas and noodles. I use this a lot for rice noodles, it’s perfect how it can hook onto the pot to strain. Definitely recommend.

This basket is what we use to make our pasta entrees at work. We preboil and then chill cooked noodles, and then reheat! It works great.

Been using these for quite a while now and they have held up great. Wood still looks new and metal is very sturdy, no dents or dings yet. My dishwashers are not known to be careful so the fact these still look new is amazing to me. Also functions very well and fits quite a bit of pasta.

The 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" wood handled stainless steel baskets are a great deal! Wether cooking pasta or blanching vegetables these are worth every penny.

I love these baskets. They are well made and easy to use. They have a nice hook to keep them from falling in the pot. Only complaint is that the basket is round and fairly large so it's hard to get two baskets in a pot unless you're using a bigger pot like a 20 quart. Definitely recommend though.
