This is a great skimmer. We use it for the fryer on my food truck and it works well. Note the size; it is quite large! But for the price, it's great!

This skimmer feels great to hold. although a bit slim, the handle doesn't hurt your hands while you use it. The width is a good size for our needs and is well built.

I love this thing. So many uses for it in my kitchen. From straining boodles to shaking off breading on chicken Nuggets. You need one.

This skimmer is very sturdy and it is definitely a large skimmer. The handle is all steel so it could get slippery if you're using it with oil.

Great quality all around. Nice handle, nice mesh. It's bigger than I need, but that's nice for some applications. Overall, the 7" is probably my favorite size, but I like having this one, too.

A fantastic item. I use it frequently for frying/blanching. The mesh size is good for items like chicken, fries, or large vegetables. The hook on the end also makes for easy storage.

This is a very large skimmer, and was actually a little large than I had expected. Good for a big pot, but actually turned out not to be suitable for my needs, which was as a dipper for waxing cheeses.

We bought the 7" and it is great for taking fried foods out of the pan. looks good, strong material, and sturdy! We will buy again!

Great item to have if you have fry a lot of chicken or fish it makes taking the items out the grease easy and it takes less time.

We love this spiral wire skimmer. It's very large though, and we most certainly underestimated the size of 9 in. It's probably only usable in very large pots.

This skimmer is very sturdy. Depending on what you plan to use it for, the space between the mesh may be too big. I mostly use it for frying and large pasta, but i don't think it would work well for smaller pasta like macaroni.

Pretty good skimmer! It has held up well in a high volume frying capacity for almost a year now. The only knock is that the outer wires have a tendency to bend and catch on things inside the fryer. You may need to bend them back in place occasionally.

Good medium length and diameter. Great for house use and special events. Specifically for steaming and frying large quantity food. Love how it's metal and heavy duty.

This is a heavy duty ski.mer. I use it to remove beef bones from large pot when making beef broth. It handles the heavy bones with no issues whatsoever.

This skimmer is a lot bigger than I had expected but its definitely a commercial skimmer that works well if you want one for home please order a smaller size!

I love this product and have bought many over the years. I wish they were able to hold up to wear and tear better. I have issues with them becoming brittle after time and pieces falling off. Don't leave them in a pot of boiling water when blanching as it takes the finish off the outside. After the finish is off that's when they start to break down.

For some reason skimmers like this are expensive in restaurant stores in the area. This was way cheaper, but of good quality. Thick metal and mesh. Works great for raviolis, or frying.

Very large and solidly constructed spider. Works well for large pasta as well as fried items. Also had hook at the end of handle for easy storage.

The skimmer portion is large, but the handle is a bit shorter than my existing spider. I like that there's a hook to hang it with, though with how I store it, it ends up getting hooked on random things.

Very heavy duty, sturdy and well built. It's much larger than I expected it to be. Its well over a foot long. Very well constructed.

These are okay but not the highest of quality. They gum up easily as well as bend. They also do not handle heat well, and are prone to staining.

One of the best skimmers I have ever purchased. It does not transfer heat like most other skimmers do. It is easy to clean and hang up after each use.

It is made with good meterai and the price is cheaper than other website and it is working good I used it for our steam noodle

This 9 inch spiral wire skimmer is really nice I like it for cleaning up all the small little bits the stuff out of the fryer sometimes when you’re done frying stuff there’s a bunch of floaty stuff at the top this is an easy inexpensive way to clean that off

This is a really nice well constructed 9 inch spiral Wire skimmer it works really good and the price is it's not that easy it shows up in a really fast time to within three days after I ordered it

Good quality spider for dipping fried goods, or boiling goods. I wish this were available in stainless, but overall a good product, especially for the price.

This 9" Spiral Wire Skimmer is strong and durable. We use it to skim out our braised pork that we make daily and it works perfectly for this application.

This is a nice skimmer, it's large and goes well with larger pans. It can also be used as a strainer if you need one in a pinch.

Skimmer is a good design and good quality. Easy to clean and store in my kitchen. Don't use it often but works well for my use.

it's a little large and bulky for home use, but for a busy restaurant this is a great spider / strainer. it's really well made and robust, and the hand is very long so you can get deep into large pots and get things out.

These are great for getting those little crumbs and floaters that may clog up your sink area. The wire stays together really well also. We recommend.

Great skimmer for boiling and/or frying. It's large enough to scoop up heavy items but small enough to pick out items and leave others that aren't done cooking.

This skimmer replaced one i had that cost triple the amount...feels very sturdy and well built. I primarily use this to scoop up my french fries from my fryer. Only regret i have is that i didnt buy an extra one.

This skimmer has a long and sturdy handle that doesn't bend under the weight of food. It allows for safe use near hot liquids by creating sufficient distance between the user and the pot/fryer.

This is a very heavy duty piece. We use it in a large deep fryer. It has made frying much easier. Easy to clean too.

Great wire skimmer. The skimmer is well made and worth the money. I will be buying a smaller one because this was a little larger than i expected but and very pleased with the quality.

This wire skimmer is very sturdy. I use it all the time. Straining and scooping pasta and many more. Every kitchen must have one! Highly recommended!

I use this skimmer the most whenever I make dumplings. Does a great job at scooping everything out of the pan. Made out of very durable material.

We've had this skimmer for well over a year and we haven't had a single issue with it getting bent or anything. It's still in like new condition
