Before today we have never used the Arkadia aluminum frying pans that Vollrath offers. I must say that we really enjoy them and they are a lot nicer than what the picture shows.

I have purchased a couple of these frying pans over the years and they hold up very well for everyday use in a residential setting. The coating is generous and doesnt peel or flake. I highly recommend it.

This fry pan is perfect for smaller portions or garnishing toppers to go on dishes. The non-stick allows for easy clean up and can be stored in an array of ways.

Great non stick pan for eggs. We have 5 pans sitting on the burners all day long. This pan lasts long holds up to eat and the non stick is great. Easy for all egg dish prep.

I make the most beautiful French omelet with this nonstick pan. The nonstick surface is slick as can be, making cleaning a stress free event. Highly recommended!

These pans are a great option if you have a budget to stick to. The non-stick coating works really well. They easily fit two slices of bread per pan.

Quite impressed with the quality of the pan given the price. It was a lot thicker and heavier than expected and is truly non-stick. I am sold on the Arkadia line and will likely buy other types of cookware from the Arkadia line.

These are half the price of our fry pans that we used to buy. I was leery of how much cheaper they were, but they work just as well and hold up great to the busy demand of our restaurantI have already purchased seven of them and plan to buy more as we need them.

For the price you pay this is a good non stick frying pan. We used it for about a month, and all the coating on the pan has already peeled off. But while it lasted it worked great! We were using the stainless steel tongs on it though... So that might have been a factor of why the coating peeled off and we also didn't wash it correctly. But It's a good pan. Make sure to buy the silicone grips for it.

Fantastic and versatile pan. I've been using this for a long time and would order it again, but it seems like it will last forever.

The 10" pans are good overall. I wish the non-stick coating was more durable and lasted longer. We the different staff and cleaning people we have to replace the pans about once ever three months. Yes we did move to plastic utensils but the coating is still getting scratched from other pans and cleaning.

This is a nice little pan and the nonstick finish on it works really well. Be sure not to abuse it or wash it too aggressively.

Good non-stick finish that is easy to clean. Barely any burn marks show on the bottom after heavy use and it takes a beating, but still does a great job.

A decent weight pan for the money, but the non-stick isn't as non-stick as most other pans that I've bought in the past. I bought just one of these to see if I liked it. It is just OK, but for the price it is pretty good. I think I'll pay more for better non-stick going forward.

Our cooks love this pan. It's easy in use, easy to clean, and very convenient for storage. The handle may get a bit hot, but nothing a pan holder can't help with. Good buy. Make sure to instruct the dishwashers not to scrape de pan with metal pads.

These are a nice series of pans. They are heavy duty, easy to clean and have a great non-stick element to them. I prefer the 8" because it is a bit easier to use.

I got a few different non stick pans and they've all worked out great so far. They do tend to need a cook or two to season them and make sure they are truly nonstick. Also the handles get really hot so be sure to get a heat resistant handle.

I just dropped my voice Arcadian non-stick 10 inch pans I really like them they work fantastic the 10 inches is perfect size for everything I need and the nonstick surface is great nothing sticks to it

These pans are awesome. the value for the quality you get is great. the nonstick surface does wear down over time but only after heavy use.

These pans are very durable and cost efficient. They have longer handles than others in the same size category which comes in handy over a hot stove. It takes much longer time for the heat to transfer. We ordered four of these and they've been super sturdy and reliable. Will buy again from Webstaurantstore.com.

Non-stick coating has lasted over a year with heavy use. I am very pleased with the pan, however the handle gets very hot so be careful!

Great pan for the money. Surface holds up well. The only regret is not getting the silicone handle right away. I don't love the feel of the bare handle and it does get hot.

Love using this pan for sautéing vegetables. It's the perfect size, and the nonstick surface makes it great for eggs as well. My omelettes come out awesome with this pan

Solid construction and very durable. We have been using this little guy for almost two years and have not had one single problem with it yet.

This is a great little pan, perfect for a frying up a few eggs. Very light-weight, and fitting it with a silicon handle is definitely a good idea for heat concerns but it can be grabbed with just a towel as well. Heats up quickly as well

Great for individual omelets , searing steaks, rebating cooked vegetables using minimum fat. Nonstick surface. Caution handle gets hot. Overall a great pan. Clean with non abrasive pad.

I have had this item for about a month. I was very surprised at how thick the metal was. I have always bought the non stick pans at the department store for about the same price. This pan is much heavier gauge. I am happy with the pan and would buy another.

An economical pan that holds up very well to the abuse of our production. As long as I can keep my cooks from sticking metal in them anyways. I will be buying more from this site.

Meh. These are ok. They scrape a little but they hsould hold up and be cheap enough for a higher end pan. Somewhat happy. Will buy again probably.

We use these for all our omelets and they work great. order six at a time, last about 8 months of very heavy use before the non stick fails. great pans

Love this skillet. Perfect for omelets, if you want one that covers the plate, stir frying is a piece of cake, pancakes and French toast come out great every time.

We purchase several non-stick pans every six months or so and have found the Vollrath to hold up better than others. When treated correctly they will last for awhile.

Big fry pan that we use to cook our fish in when we get really bust, the non stick surface is a plus, we purchased a couple of these and have no regrets.

Perfect for small jobs, easy to clean and for that price if you need to replace it every couple of years it's ok! We've found our new pan purchasing place!

This is my second Vollrath Arkadia Non-Stick Aluminum Fry Pan. 10 inch is good size to saute chicken breasts, steaks, etc. No issues with this pan's nonstick surface. Handle gets hot quick, but not an issue for me.
