Why buy a more expensive name brand, especially in a commercial setting, when these are half the price and work just as well? Silicone mats end up getting damaged in professional kitchens more often than is ideal, and brands like Choice make it much more affordable to replace them rather than keep on trucking with an old, messed up mat. Love the rounded edges so that it's guaranteed to fit any full size sheet pan.

these work great, they are a little bigger than the large pan you guy at a grocery store, I just let it hang over the edges but I suppose you could try to cut it

The non stick works great, it has already started to look permanently wet, hoping it doesn’t start to fall apart. A little disappointed

A great classic silicone baking mat mine gets very oily and greasy but still does the job. Great for whatever you need it for and highly recommended half size for smaller cookie sheets.

Great product. It fits perfectly with the half-sheet pans, it supports oven temperatures well and after cleaning it is very simple and fast. perfect complement for pastry chefs and the best at a super price.

This is a very nice sil pad. Extremely non stick as you would expect, and it cleans up easy. Great for baking any kind of pastry.

These are non stick and clean up good, but sometimes depending on what you bake could retain a little bit more grease, and will need to wash a little better/longer. This is the second type of silicone mat that I use, and I am glad I chose this one.

These mats fit the pans perfectly. They are true non stick and clean up easily. Through the first few uses we have no staining or odor absorption, which has been an issue with other I have purchased. They also work great under a cutting board to keep it from sliding.

Great silicone mat. We cooked a batch of cookies on here. Had to wash multiple times by hand and place in dishwasher to get the grease out though

If you don't have one like it get one. Silicon e baking mats are really nice. Wish I had gotten one sooner. I recommend them.

These work really well. They fit nicely in the pan and the cut outs on the corners make it easy to get off the pan. Most of the time I just wipe these clean.

The Choice Silicon Non-stick baking mat is the perfect size for a half size baking sheet. I have used it several different items (potatoes and cookies) and it prevented the item from sticking. I would recommend this item.

This full size silpat mat wasn't quite as good as I'd hoped for. I suppose it probably works great for cooking on but things so tend to stick to it which is a bummer. I learned the hard way that you need to cover it with cornstarch or else your fondant will stick. Otherwise it's a pretty heavy duty silpat for the price

These half size silicone mats are a great economical option. Don't let the price fool you, they are working great for my baking classes. Would recommend.

Just what we were looking for . Full sheet pans wont fit in our oven didn't want to cut the full silk pads finally found this

These mats work wonders. We actually use them in a completely different way. We use them as a liner for when we make our soap. After our soap is finished, we can easily remove the mold and just have the mat on the soap. The mat then can tear off of the soap nicely without the soap being damaged in anyway. The mat holds up extremely well. It can be ran through the dishwasher. Great material.

These mats are awesome for baking anything. I use them for cookies and patties. They are easy to wash and drys fast. The mat is not extremely thin that you can't manage to keep your bakery goods at a perfect temperature and the weight is heavy duty.

I will no longer bake cookies without one of these! They always come out perfect on the bottom and never burn! I have them in the half sheet size and full sheet size!

I'm a big fan of this Silicone Mat! I always wanted to get one, and now that I finally had the chance, I'm glad I purchased it. This makes kneading, rolling dough, and baking things super easy. Due to the lack of grip, it makes dough for things like bread and pizza really easy to do. I haven't made any sweet baked goods on it yet, but its a great size, and it fits inside the Baker's Mark 18" x 13" Half Size 19 Gauge Wire in Rim Aluminum Bun / Sheet Pan (#407BUNHALF) Perfectly. Love these mats and a great price too! I use these for pipping out my french macarons and they are perfect. I hate having to use parchment paper and wasting all that paper, when I can reuse these mats so many times. They do come with a packaging odor, but a good wash will get it out, as you should always wash new items anyways.

It has a slight texture to it and works great for roasting veggies and baking anything that would normally require parchment paper. The silicon mat is great quality. The size is very big and nice. I used the mat for making Fondant decorations. Th fondant did not stick to the mat which was great. I would recommend to get the full size if you plan on using it for fondant

I love these! I cut it to fit my pan. I use it to bake brownies, and they work exceptionally well. It makes cleaning up a breeze. I've reordered several of them. I like the fact that I was able to customize it to fit my pan.
