Look Nice. Have used these for years at all of our major events. Handles are acrylic wood design not real wood like the description suggests.

Arrived in perfect condition. It came complete. Easy to set-up. I ordered it for a family special event and used it more than once already. Originally, I was going to rent it but I would of paid the same amount for it from a local rental company so i decided to buy them. The trays are just perfect and as described, product is definitely worth it for the price.

Very elegant and beautiful product for all catering and/or wedding event! We bought this for a family friend and they absolutely loved it and now we get to use it in the future!

This chafer that was purchased for our business not only looks great but is durable. It also isn't so heavy that transporting it becomes difficult. We would purchase again.

This is a very nice chafer and the price can’t be beaten. I look everywhere but this style you will not find for this price. I got them and I did like the look, however, the material is very thin and light. I was surprise because I also got the 5qt of the same model and band and that one is heavier and thicker than this one. Because the material is so thin it is noisy and also dent easily. One of mine arrived damaged during shipping I contacted the company and Michael was a great helper and replace it immediately. Great customer service! Will buy again.

5 stars for these beautiful choice classic chafer. I still admire the elegance and specification it brings to my buffet. Affordable and workmanship just fun. No signs of tarnishing or rusting.

Choice Classic did an outstanding job in creating this one. It was absolutely beautiful on the table of one of my intimate catering events. The volume was deep enough to hold the chicken wings and beef sliders. The elegant looking lid was perfect for covering the chafers when not in use. Have already purchased a couple of these and will be purchasing more. (Lisa)

There chafing dishes look very elegant when set up. I'd like them to be a little heavier duty but for the money they are well worth it.

I loved the 4-quart chafing dish! As you see in the photo, we used this at a graduation party - we kept mashed potatoes in there and the chafing dish kept the food hot throughout the party. We had many compliments on the elegance of the chafer and I do have to agree that this is one of the better-looking ones I have seen thus far. The clean up is super easy due to the separate trays that come inside the box! I would highly recommend to anyone who is wanting a chafer for any kind of event - whether it be a large family dinner or a wedding! The elegant look on this chafer can work with any event!

This small dish comes with a powerfull punch of elegance. The size is great for smaller events and limited space. I served green beans in it .

Awesome chafer for an even better price. I couldn't think of a negative thing to say about these if I tried. The wooden handles add a touch of elegance and color to stray from the metallic appearance.

These are very affordable. It makes a big difference versus using disposable pans. We love them, and so do our customers. We would definitely recommend these. You will not get a better value anywhere else.

I purchased 4 of these chafer’s for a birthday party for my son. They are aesthetically pleasing when they are all laid out together. They arrive in manufacturer’s original packaging without much protection and because of this one of the lids arrived dented but the amazing customer service at webrestaurant.com took care of it right away. The one problem that I have with the chafer is that the water and food pans are flimsy and very light. One of the water pans burnt through and now has a black mark on the inside of the pan even though instructions were followed to the T. I reviewed their return policy and they have some strict rules including restocking fees. Overall great selection of products, great customer service but I would not recommend these chafer’s if you are looking for something that will last a long time. If they had a satisfaction guarantee policy I would return this and purchase something that is a bit heavier.

I absolutely love the Choice Classic Chafer's. They are lightweight (which I love), easy to transport and transforms a buffet table quite nicely. The handles makes it easy to lift the chafers for proper placement, and the finial is too cute. We love the look these give.

Beautiful chafers. Excellent pricing. The presentation has increased our bookings of up scaled events. Easy to maintain and transport to events. We've purchased more to do more than one event at a time.

Only received 1 of the 2 chafers I ordered and the 1 that I received was tossed over my 6' tall back gate instead of coming to the street address on the front of the house.

They are Beautiful, and do a wonderful job of keeping the food warm I use them for all my functions. I've been using them for a few years without any issues. I am very satisfied.

I ordered 10 of these and only received 8. I was very heartbroken because I saved to purchase them. Overall appearance looks great.

This is a great looking and functional chafer. We use this along with the full size 8qt chafer in the same design and like the classy look it add to our buffet table. The finish shows fingerprints and smudges pretty badly, so you do need to keep these polished to maintain the overall look. Would recommend.

We ordered 4 of these for an event. The boxes that these were shipped in were damaged, dented, and delivered in poor condition. We've reached out to customer service asking for an exchange because we want what we ordered to be delivered brand new. They told us there was a 30% restocking fee, they cannot do the exchange for us because they cannot guarantee how their items are delivered. It's unfortunate. We've ordered a lot of other items from them that came in a box, shipped professionally.

I love, love, love this chafer. I purchased it to add to a set of 3 that I previously purchased. The chafer is beautiful and stands up to its name “classic” and is elegant. I used the chafer for a family gathering. Received many compliments and inquiries. The quality is great and it is quite sturdy. Setup and clean up is easy. This company stands by its products 100 percent. I would also like to commend Victor for superb customer service.

I bought these years ago for our church dinners. Sometimes you don't need the long rectangular chafing dish. You need something for gravy (I'm from the south) or maybe potato salad. This size is perfect and ice can be used in the bottom holder for salads and then heat for gravy. They are very versatile and your serving table looks special.

With lots of entertaining, it's great to have these... I'll be buying more!!!

Great product but I would like to reuse the box, I wish it was shipped in a box that protected the box inside. Other than that I think this is a good product and will be ordering more in the future.

I bought these years ago and still look like new. They are extremely easy to clean and hold up being transported back and forth to catering events.

Purchased for my daughters wedding. Haven’t used them but did take one out to look at and loved them. They will work great. Light weight so easy to carry.

Beautiful and spacious chafing dish with ornate handles and top. Definitely has a royal look to it (with very affordable price). I bought 3 of these to use at my next home entertaining event. Capacity for a good amount of food as the inner dish is quite deep.
