These are not very heavy duty. Use only for cooling food. Not recommended for soaking in water as it will rust between the welded metal. Good for cooling your hot pan over it and will hold up pretty well. I only use it for cooling stuff on it. When I clean it, I dry it really well and fast so that it will not start to rust.

Purchased 2 of these and had to throw them away because they started to rust.

The grate works great when frying fish, fries, etc. Allows for any additional oil to drain to the bottom of the stainless pan I use. This keeps everything crispy. I have purchased two grates for big family cookouts.

This is a perfect product for cooling baked goods and setting hot pans to cool preventing damage to the classroom tables and countertops.

Great sturdy product Great product for the restaurant and the size makes it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper. Can't go wrong with this name brand. Other than that I think this is a good product and will be ordering more in the future.

I use this grate on a regular basis whether i have a rib rack on it, roast, or steaming my vegetables. I've also used it as a cooling rack when I'm in a hurry and whip up something to bake quickly. It's stainless steel super easy to clean no matter the use. I have these in different sizes so I have the option to use them in my other hotel pans.

This is a steam table pan size 1/3. I like the material a lot, it’s looks sturdy and expensive than the price you pay here.

I use this strictly for cooling my cupcakes quickly . I have 4 of these and it truly helps me to cool my cupcakes quickly so I can ensure they remain moist before I frosting and fill my orders.

I am sure this does a great job when used as intended but I use it mostly near the sink to air dry small utensils and sponges. It is small enough to not get in the way and easy to keep clean.

Used it as a cooling rack. Works great for me! Cheap for the good quality construction, too. Didn't feel like it would bend if I was a little quick with it.

These were marketed as half size cooling racks, but they weren’t. These are 8th size. They have a great build, but are far to small for any real application. Be forewarned.

This cooling rack is perfect size as well as lightweight for when I travel to my events. I use them as the grease drain/ cooling area for my doughnuts and funnel cakes.

We bought these footed cooling racks to cool our cooked vegetables before they are packaged. It is high quality and easy to clean. It is cheaper than those in other stores.

Really nice size for cookies or baked goods. Can be cleaned up in a hurry as long as food doesn't stay on when cold. Or also good if put in shallow pan when drying deep fried food.

This grate is very handy for large roasts when cooking in a steam table pan. I also use it for cooling bread or cookie loaves. It is a bit prone to rusting if not dried correctly. We place our into a warm oven to evaporate residual water.

Initially I didn’t have a place to put this cooling rack. But, as I was cooking I decided to use it on my stovetop. It worked perfectly! I was able to move my food directly from the pan to the rack. I am in love with this rack! I will order more!

I use these racks inside slightly larger pans to catch the overflow of toppings in my ice cream store. These racks work great and I've not had any rust issues as I've had with the size larger than this one

This rack is great. Perfect to put in a hotel pan or sheet. If you are making friend chicken or fish or the alike it is a perfect place to let the grease drain. You can put it in the over to crisp up and the food not sit inthe grease. I love this rack.

This is my first cooling rack purchase and it has been great. I love to bake and cookies have gotten much easier since I added this to my arsenal. It takes the cooling time down and it prevents the overcooking on the bottom that sometimes occurred previously. This product is sturdy and a great deal. I ordered this specifically for cooking bacon in the oven. I use a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and this rack set on the foil. It holds eight to ten strips of bacon, and clean up is a breeze. This rack fits in the bottom rack of my dishwasher and comes out sparkling clean. I throw away the foil, and put the cookie sheet away when done. So much easier and cleaner than frying bacon on the stovetop, and the bacon is not sitting in grease. Plus, I use this rack as a cooling rack with baking. Couldn't ask for more!

This 8" by 10" cooling rack is on the smaller side but if you're making a small batch of choux or cookies it's just the right size!
