The machine works great and seems to be well made. The One star is because the fan cooler for the motor got broken by the capacitor that's inside because it was loosed. Yes i contacted webstaurant and I'm still waiting for a solution,

This is a great little machine, probably better for outdoors if you're going to run it a lot because it's just a little loud for indoors. The plunger for the ice chute isn't attached when it ship and for some reason the bolt and nut you use to attach it was in the motor housing on my unit so I had to pull it out with pliers

Great machine great look very attractive quality all around it will keep up with high demand and for the price it can’t be beat now I need a second one for home

Love this product quick start up and very easy cleaning. Only downfall is that it does not hold ice cold for long and drainage is not good. But it work like a charm great price

AWFUL!! Machine will not shave ice. Ice gets stuck. We have to force handle to get bare minimum to no ice. I think it came damaged motor goes on and off while shaving ice. Waiting on a resolution still as I want to return it for a refund as it clearly does not work right!!!!

I have ordered previously from this company and always worried about shipping. However, I don't know if they have key people in place, but they have really updated their shipping. It is super quick. Plus this machine seemed to good, but it was totally worth it. It shaved the ice no problem. You do need to buy your own scooper though. Plus it is super easy to clean.

We love this thing for concessions, family parties, or just to use to make really good snowcones. The ice texture is perfect. We’ve made quite a bit of money using it for concessions. It fits in a tote from Walmart for easy transport and storage.

I was very impressed with this Sno cone machine. A screw and washer jumped out after three weeks of use. I called customer service to see what steps to take for fixing this machine. The customer service agent said that I voided my warranty because I was not using it in a commercial kitchen and residence. I have a sno cone stand that I operate from. I just wanted the product fixed. I was planning on ordering a second one for use in my food truck. The machine is 5 star worthy, Customer service is 2 1/2 star worthy.

We are getting more use out of this machine than expected. Bought it for a birthday party and have been using it routinely for summer treats. We’ve learned that the ice comes out more fine if you freeze blocks instead of using cubes-so we freeze solo cups of water and use those.

I recently purchase the scm250 snow cone machine. The delivery was very prompt and the quality of the machine was an A plus. I tested this machine and found one thing that may be helpful to the people experiencing larger chunks of ice. I took regular ice cubes and got the chunks of ice that some people have complained about. Then I bought a better quality ice with less air and was more clear and used it. It shaved perfectly every time after that and no more big chunks. The ice was more expensive per bag by 20 cents but made a word of difference. Check the quality of the ice before running it thru the machine. I love this sno cone machine and will get another one.

I purchased this carnival snow cone machine i tried to make a snowball i was very disappoint this machine make chunky ice not shave ice

This machine was to be an added income for my a for the summer but it just delivers chunky ice. So many customers say it’s horrible. If anyone else had issues how did you fix the problem but this is definitely not shaved. Also like another comment it spits ice back at the handle and makes quite a mess

We primarily bought the snow cone machine to use at family gatherings, but planned to use it for treats at home as well. Overall, it works great! Ice does shoot ice out the top of the machine and can get messy, which isn’t a problem if it’s being used outside, but can make it tricky for inside. I still keep it set up tho and make myself a snow cone on occasion. It just requires a little more time that I’d prefer with picking up ice chunks after each use. For the price, I’d recommend it.

`I am very pleased with the product and service from the company. My only complaint is that the delivery company delivered my package to the incorrect address. I got lucky because I actually knew the person at the wrong address and they brought the package to me.

I have no clue why this machine has so many good reviews. It barely shaves ice. It comes out so chunky you have to chew the ice. Maybe mine is defective? But my customers won’t buy shaved ice any more because this machine sucks.

I gave 1 star for the performance. I didn't like the fact that this machine came with loose parts. The blade itself isn't tightened on the machine .when crushing ice you have access ice come back out when lifting handle this is very unprofessional it makes a big mess to be a industrial machine. Customer service was helpful but there protocol sucks

Love this machine! It's perfect for our snow cone business! Keeps up with heavy usage on hot days. The ice doesn't come out chunky, it's pretty finely shaved.

We loan this out with bounce house rentals as a bonus never have failed us other than door screws coming loose but that could be the users being rough
