Reviews for Carnival King RWS35 3.5 Qt. Warmer with Pump

I ordered the Carnival King HSPW35 and even though it keeps the queso warm, it builds up a vacuum, and the pump stops working. We have to constantly lift the top out and try to break the vacuum. When we have a line of 100 people, this takes too much time.

Well, bought this late June 2022, started using by late November 2022, gave in mid january so warranty was void, I DONT RECOMMEND this product, dont buy this for commercial use, its useless for business use, if its for casual home use, it may last longer, but not for business, wich this page is supposed to sell items for...

This warmer doesn't have an on/off switch and turning it all the way to 0 doesn't complete stop the heat, so you have to unplug it when not in use. We sent it back and upgraded to the RWLL35, which has a switch.

Great product! Keeps our hot fudge warm and great! Heats up fast and works well right away! Easy to clean and setup! Would recommend! Pump works great for portion control.

I have only had this product for just over 4 months. It worked well for about 2 months. Ever since it has been pouring butter from around the pump anytime we use it. Very disappointed.

Pretty bad item. The pump doesn't reach to the bottom of a #10 can, so about 2" of fudge is left on the bottom. You can't scrape the fudge into the next can because the next can is 100% full, so you have a can in the fridge waiting to be put into another can at some point. The pump itself is all plastic and does not come apart. To clean it, you have to use a screwdriver to take out a small plastic screw at the bottom and use a spray nozzle from the sink to blast out any stuff inside. The screw is plastic. The worst is that the nozzle is bent forward for some reason, and when the pump runs out, it will shoot about two tablespoons of fudge directly at you. For many years i had been using the old crock pot for my cheese. i finally broke down and brought the Carnival King. Debuted it a small family gathering for the Super Bowl. Mannn....... Mannn....... i was blew away when i found out you just sit the #10 can with a little water in the unit to warm..... What clean up???? Why did i wait so long to add this to my arsenal? Very well built piece of equipment. We are using this to dispense our home made cheeses sauce for our sandwiches and homemade tots. The heated spout keeps the product from hardening up, truly a bonus for easy cleanup . They provide you with 4 covers to promote your product and a cleaner brush. It has an adjustable temperature control.

We use these Warmer pumps for our hot stopping in our yogurt store. Customers love the ease of using them. The only recommendation I would have is that you will need a tray to catch the reminse of the topping. Keeps items warm all day long.

I bought this 3.5 qt. warmer to keep my handmade chocolate fudge topping hot. The pump system works good and helps graduate quantity as well.

I actually cannot stand this fudge pump. The caramel NEVER stops leaking out. It’s constant, all day, losing product, making our counter sticky. Could not be any more irritating!!!! I’m going to try a different product inside and see if it’s still just as annoying but wow, for almost $ I can’t be bothered!

Struggles to pump hot fudge. Water goes through fine, but with hot fudge the pump is too difficult to push for several of my employees. Unfortunate because I bought two of these. One is still in an unopened box if anyone wants the same frustration we have experienced. :(

Great equipment for cost. Without the spout warmer the cheese will be colder but if it is used often that issue is irrelevant.

Unfortunately we bought two of these and 5 weeks after using our first one, it blew up. It kept making popping noises and then it blew up in our kitchen. The machine had issues from the start and we weren't sure what was going on. Now looking back, it was defective from the start. We plugged in our second one and started using it and it has worked with out an issue for a week now. Fingers crossed it continues to work. I am upset about the first one because it says its past my return date by a little over a week and I cant find a way to contact the seller. This product did not work from day one and I don't think its fair that I paid for a product that never was able to hold a bowl of warm cheese. This product was never operational form the start for my business and now I'm out the money on the object.. Very sad about this

Unfortunately we have been unable to get the pump to dispense our nacho cheese. We have tried everything we could find to try to correct the issue but to no avail. Dispenses water perfectly. Now I’m having to spend more $ to get an insert and lid and the outrageous shipping fees for us to even use it. I should have just spent the money somewhere else

Do not waste your money on this product. Our pump fell apart after just 1 month of use. Webstraunt sent us a replacement pump that was also defective. After finally replacing the entire item (pump and holder) it still does not work properly. You have to use your entire body weight to even dispense the smallest amount of hot fudge. Spend your money elsewhere.

Simply does not work for cheese. Impossible to pump. Really messy when you're trying to get it to work. Replaced parts to see if that would get it going, but ultimately had to toss it.

Nice economical option, seem to work well. My only dislike is that the pump does not reach the bottom of the Fudge cans that I use in it.

Heats up nicely and stays warm. Small footprint is helpful so the unit can go anywhere. Easily washable and has different inserts to fit your need. I would buy this product again and have been using it for two years now in my ice cream shop.

Can't go wrong with this name brand. Carnival King Products are simply the best, the highest quality Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper. The warmer heats up quick and keeps things warm

DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU PLAN ON USING IN A CONCESSION STAND!!! The pump stopped working after only 2 months! We have at most 2 games per week. Multiple people have looked at it and we cannot fix it. Shame on this company for only having a 6 month warranty. By the time football season was over and I had time to look into returning it, the "warranty" had expired.

Not the best one but it's definitely a fair price and fair quality.

I bought two of these for nacho cheese at our concession stand -- we've used one of them maybe 10 times (we only set the pump up for bigger games and use cheese cups for everything except football). The pump handle is already non-functional, and just sticks down when you pump it -- you literally have to pry it back up. Our workers have gotten frustrated with it and just use it as a glorified/expensive crockpot with a ladle. Definitely takes some effort to get it cleaned out thoroughly, but love that you can just drop in a big can of cheese, less cleanup. I did buy the insert as well, and it was a tight fit to get the pump onto it, but it fit and worked really well -- nice to have for when you get a dented can and the lid doesn't come off... Webstaurant has been great with other issues we've had with equipment, so hoping they will take care of this too!

Love this warmer! It’s sleek and very professional looking for my bakery. It works very well and doesn’t get clogged with the fudge or the caramel that I use it for.

We attempted to use the pot for our hot fudge in our ice cream business. We had previously purchased an Avantco pot, however we were using a spoon to ladle the fudge across and it was extremely messy and took a while to heat the fudge. This pot heats up quickly and maintains the temperature wonderfully. However, the pump does not seem to work on our hot fudge. We took the pump apart, cleaned it good and placed it is a bowl of water and after many, many pumps to prime the pump, it finally pumped the water so we placed it back in the fudge and attempted once again to prime it, however, after many, many, many pumps, it still would not dispense the hot fudge. We are extremely disappointed.

We used it for the first time this past weekend. Set it on the lowest setting to start out with and after about and hour could not really tell a difference. Moved it to the highest setting and it was good and warm within 15-20 minutes. Overall it seems like it is a good product.

I've only used this machine to dispense nacho cheese but it has worked perfectly for me. Heats #10 cans of cheese quickly on high, though I recommend stirring product occasionally for even heating. Little pricey but it has definitely paid for itself over the years.

I purchased this it was delivered fast in a couple day I was over excited. I'm having a problem I order the 3.5 quart pot to put in the unit but it won't stay or sit right in the unit did I order the wrong side to use with the cheese pump ?

This warmer is great! We use one for our nacho cheese and another for hot fudge and they get the job done well. We’ve been using these for quite some time and have had no problems. definitely recommend

Purchased this item a couple months ago and its been used a half dozens times so far at parties. Warms up quickly and is very easy to clean. Well worth the money, quality product. Would definitely recommend.

My only complaint with this item was that it does not have the exact temp displayed on the outside. Heated quickly and maintained temp. Well made and arrived quickly!
