The quality of this product is skeptical. The date says its fresh. When popped it is gummy and they after if sits awhile it changed to normal texture when eaten. However when coated it goes back to being gummy. I ended up throwing out the whole bag.

Carnival king hands down are the best popcorn kernels. This 50lb bag goes a long way. I would definitely recommend this product. It's a must buy.

About 65% mushroom kernels and 35% butterfly kernels. I expected more mushroom kernels to pop. Learning that butterfly kernels are included. Guess it'll do for now.

huge kernels and seams to make my kettle get black quicker and need more frequent heavy cleaning and I cant say I like the taste as much and my normal brand

Love! Love! Love! I have read reviews that say there are butterfly kernels in the mix but that is a misunderstanding on the poppers knowledge of popcorn. Mushroom popcorn will butterfly if popped under 180 degrees. You must have a VERY hot popping source. This is meant for commercial machines like the cretors popcorn machines. In store purchased. 40oz of kernels normally needed for one full batch popcorn. This brand requires 58oz to get the full batch. Very dirty (chaff). Good flavor. I will try Reist next.

This popcorn was a great buy. My family does a movie night every Friday so popcorn is always needed. The quantity is mind blowing and will definitely last my family a long while. It also stores well if you want to keep it for a later date.

This popcorn was not good. I think it was old or something because it did not pop evenly and was overly crunchy/chewy when eaten. I would not recommend!

WOULD NOT USE ANYTHING ELSE! This Mushroom popcorn has AMAZING flavor and the big size of the popped kernel helps hold various powders for our flavored kettle corn!

The popcorn works great with an air popper. I didn't have a problem with the mix version of popcorn. They were all mushroom popcorn. We are ordering these again.

We used this popcorn kernels over the Christmas holidays 2018. The kennels do mushroom and are huge. It was noticeably different from the regular type kernels we use. We are purchasing this again

We love this popcorn! We will be reordering it because it was a big hit with our family. The kernels pop large and turn out a little chewy when popped in our air popper, which we like. If we want fluffier popcorn we cook it on higher heat on the stove. The bag was large enough to share with our grown children, make caramel corn for gifts, and enjoy for snacking too. Even with the pricy shipping it's a good deal.

I purchased Carnival Kings 50 lb Extra large mushroom popcorn kernels to accompany my Commercial popcorn popper I also bought from the Webstaurant store. It’s awesome and an excellent value and I dont have to worry about running out. We store it in the large airtight containers we purchased from the Webstaurant store for easy access right in our pantry.

These are by far the best popping corn for my business. Will recommend and only buy these in the future. Are very large and have no kernels left in the end.

When I found this popcorn, I was looking for bulk non-GM popcorn for our ever-expanding family. With 8 kids to feed, large mushroom popcorn that pops most the kernals and leaves very little unpopped is super friendly to our family budget! Besides the kids beg for it regularly! And I have yet to find this amount of non-GM popcorn for anywhere close to the price. We are sold and will be buying for years to come!

I’ve ordered the Carnival King Mushroom Popcorn in the past and have been pleased. However, with this last order I was not satisfied at all. While there may have been a few mushroom kernels mixed it, the vast majority of popped kernels appeared to be butterfly with many wings. I had to halt production of caramel corn due to potential waste and broken ‘wings.’ That being said, I sent a photo to WebstaurantStore customer service and they gladly agreed to provide a refund. The carnival king extra large mushroom kernels are really nice quality and make a great fluffy popcorn. The popcorn is soft and crunchy and no hard centers. A great snack.
