Machine worked great....for 2 days. then shut down and has not worked since. cannot call the customer service line as there is no number on the website. have been waiting for a week for them to contact me. bottom line the machine is not worth the hassle. I plan on finding a better one

BEST investment ever. This cotton candy machine is easy to clean and assemble. Not incredibly heavy and has been a fabulous fundraising took for our non profit charity. So much so, I just purchased an additional machine.

This is an awesome maching from Carnival King. We've had one minor issue after a year, which is the rubber band that connects the motor to the spinner. It was in one of big trucks that rattles quite a bit and we think ti came off then. Otherwise, its a great machine and easy to clean and maintain.

I would like to thank Webrestaurant for their excellent cotton candy machine. We are satisfied and our customers too. We used it several times this summer and it is still in good condition.

My Carnival King got a bit beat up in shipping, including a broken piece on the head. But the WebstaurantStore immediately shipped me a replacement head to get me ready for our first concession night! No questions asked! Most places would just tell you to contact FedEx or UPS. The bowl also took some abuse during shipment, but the small dents it has don’t affect the function at all.

Has continued to hold up well. We use this every single day for about 10-20 bags and have yet ot have any issues with the cotton candy quality

The first time I used the machine it worked GREAT! Just like the ad said, 2 cones a minute. Now the 2nd time I used it, it takes 5 minutes to make one small cone. I have tried to clean it. I have asked the company several times if I can remove the spinner head to clean it, but with the only response was look on page 3 of your manual. Can anyone offer any advice to me. I loved my machine the 1st time, but now I can't use it.

Cheap made machine. I used it two hours a week for maybe 4 month's then the control switch quit working.

This is a very nice machine that produces rapidly. However, it is very cumbersome when it comes to cleaning since it recommend you turn the machine off every hour for 15 to 20 minutes. It recommend that you clean the flosshead every time which is a bit of a chore since you are supposed to take the machine apart. However, it does make beautiful candy floss! I bought this machine about a month ago, it worked great and all off a sudden it will not heat any more so I cannot make any more cotton candy, I like machine, it is quite and did work great. I just have no idea on how to get this fixed, there is no customer service number and been trying to figure something out for a week now. The machine is great when it works, the customer service not so much.

Was looking for a cotton candy machine to use at many of our family functions and small events. While I did a little research I admit I didn't spend hours or days researching machines. One link for machines sent me to WebstaurantStore, which I've purchased equipment from in the past and have been very satisfied with their service. The Carnival King CCM28 had decent reviews and seemed "commercial" enough for what I wanted to do. After placing the order WebstaurantStore shipped quickly with me receiving the machine in two days. I started out renting a cotton candy machine and was impressed by the quality and fun I had. as a result I purchased this model. I've used it twice since receiving it this week and have had no issues. I recommend this product!

I started my cotton machine shopping about 2 weeks ago. I shopped several on line sites and found prices ranging from $40 to $2,000. I decided to buy the CCM28. I liked the concept of the large bowl. Many of the listing had the word "commercial" in it. My vision of commercial is something you see at a fair or carnival. Massive amounts of candy forming around the bowl. The CCM28 does NOT shoot cotton candy around the bowl. The draft that cools the cotton candy comes from three fan blades mounted on the side of the floss head. This blows the cotton candy up. Huge, bigger than it looks in the picture. It will turn one scoop of sugar into candy in about 10 seconds. Very sturdy and well built. Quiet.

We used it 5 times, and the last time the heater stopped working, haven’t been able to make cotton candy since. Bought replacement parts, had installed and it still halfway heats and the cotton candy melts within 3 min.. entirely disappointing.

Absolutely LOVE this cotton candy machine!! We purchased this for a carnival celebration and it was the HIT of the day! It works perfectly and was able to run without a problem for many hours. I recommend this machine to anyone looking to make cotton candy.

This machine is great for small gatherings and parties. We bought this to start a cotton candy business. This machine isn't made for that. The heat of the machine can't be controlled. We have had it for a few months and it is needing a replacement part. It is not heating hot enough spin the sugar. And it has been difficult to troubleshoot it since there is not a lot of information on how to or what could be wrong. So that has been frustrating. And the cotton candy on this machine is very fine not thick like some machines. Had known this I probably would have gone a different route for a machine. But for parties and occasional use its great.

Had this cotton candy machine for just over a year... used a total of four times. Went to use today and it won't power on. Fuse is not blown. Took machine apart and no obvious indications, burn marks or loose wires that would indicate a problem. When not in use, the machine is stored in a climate controlled environment. Very frustrating that this isn't reliable. A new replacement of this machine is much more expensive than just one year ago.

Worked great for about 2 months and then the spinner head stopped spinning. I thought it might be the belt, but it's totally fine and as it should be, so I'm assuming it's an issue with the actual motor. I am very disappointed as this was a big component to my company and I am now dealing with this rather unfortunate setback. I would appreciate a replacement machine, and would be willing to send in the broken one if supplied with a return box. If that is not possible a refund would be appreciated. We have ordered through here multiple times before and had plans to continue doing so, but that may not be the case if this cannot be fixed. I hope you guys can find and fix the issue, seeing as how this seems to be a fairly common problem with these.

This machine would get a much better rating except for the current issues with the motor. I have owned 6 of these machines and with some upgrades, they will work for years. Unfortunately, the last couple machines that I purchased the motor bearings have gone out in six months. I have older machines that have been run under the same working conditions for years and have had no motor issues. When the motor issue is resolved, this review would most likely be a 4 star review. There are some significant issues, like the temperature switches under the head being extremely unreliable and the belts lasting for less than a week, but I have found much better ways to improve these. As such, they have been useful machines for a long period of time.

We use this for our downtown events. This is a great hit and we end up with lines out the door. Would like to find local organic floss for it though.

Used this machine one time and it worked. Second time the machine turned on for a few seconds and it quit working. Fuse was good. Tired other outlets. Looked online to troubleshoot only to find nothing. Went back to read reviews and several customers had similar experiences. Warranty has expired. Online chat advised me I may have bent something on the machine or I may need to plug in another outlet. I asked since there were several complaints was there any way to troubleshoot ? I dont mind getting a new part but I have no idea what part may be needed. HELP??

I bought this item for my company to do a Graduation Party. It works great. Only issue I had was it got a little windy outside so had hard time making the candy, However I put the dome on top of it and it worked perfectly. Also used for a Garage Party and Didn't have any issues. I had a hard time keeping up with the Machine. (was in a garage so no wind)

I loved this machine. Easy to use and clean, I also like that it is easy to transport since we rent it out almost every weekend.

I bought this Oct. 30 along with some other machines to get ready to open a small rental business. When I received it we plugged it in, fan worked, and it heated, so I put it back in box, until this last weekend. The unit does not work. We replaced the fuse, tried in different outlets etc. Won't work. It is receiving electricity so the problem is in the housing. Since the warranty is over (90 days) I guess I am stuck with this piece of junk. It was never even used. I suggest to buy a different unit with a better warranty and policy.

We have 2 of them they work great for us we have the 21 & 28 inch bowl and done lids so they make enough cotton candies bags

This is a dream machine that we purchased from the dream team (webstaurant Customer Support)! After careful consideration our small business decided to use the Carnival King CCM28 C.C. Machine with the 28" Stainless Steel Bowl to operate all of its cotton candy needs within the business. When we received and tested multiple units we encountered a single unit showing proof of light damage to the unit due to reckless shipping - later that unit started showing problems after three or four times of use. After we contacted the customer support team with our case and concerns they assured us that our worries would come to an end and quickly rushed a new unit to our address through a different shipping carrier. Overall we love this machine and put it through a lot! Sometimes operating on a daily use. It has proven easy to clean and maintain. If you are considering a heavy duty machine ready to make some sweet treats when you are, then look into this for your first and last purchase.

I had been thinking about buying a cotton candy machine for a while and our students are so glad we did! In two months, we have used it at a Key Club meeting, with a special needs class, with a class at church and at a two day track meet. Track parents from other schools asked where we bought our machine and supplies because we sold cotton can’t non-stop over the two days - around 550 cones total. The Carnival King 28” cotton candy machine is simple and easy to use. I just opened it today and have never made cotton candy before, and I found it super easy to use! We will use this for concessions. We purchased 11 flavors of mix and taste tested a sample of all of them today! All of the flavors tasted good!

Works great, have only used once but was a big hit. Will reorder more to use for our summer mission programs. Thanks for the great product
