Great for 8 in funnel cakes fills up a 10 in paper plate.would also recommend getting the 6 in rings also to give the customer a choice in size and price

The 8" rings are very nicely built, and are commercial quality. They make a perfect paper plate sized funnel cake! You can also leave them in the hot oil without worrying about the handles getting to hot to touch without mitts. The handles do NOT get hot even after sitting in the 360 degree oil for hours. Making funnel cakes without these rings would be a lot harder. They also clean easy! We have two of these for our Carnival King fryer. Highly recommend them!

Many of my customers asked me to make funnel cakes, along with my fried pies, and this funnel cake ring works very well in my cast-iron dutch oven. I don't need the element guard, so I don't know how well this would work.

Great mold for funnel cakes. Pour the batter in and after it gets golden brown remove the mold and let the funnel cake expand. Once expanded turn once to finish frying the funnel cake evenly.

who doesn't like funnel cake? it works quite nicely but you must use the plate underneath or else the funnel cake will be all over your fryer

This is a nice mold, it will be nice when someone does not want a huge funnel cake. It is nice to be able to make 3 small funnel cakes at the same time. I did buy the 6 inch mold to have the option of having a larger funnel cake.

Use this when we make funnel cake and they ensure the batter stays within the ring, no problems whatsoever using this. Made of very sturdy material and seems like it will last a long time
