Sharp and durable knife for cutting small fruit and vegetables. I love the green color. I purchased a few more after using these a while.

This knife is sharp as can be! It stays sharp years after purchase. I have not had to sharpen it at all and it slices through fruit and vegetables just as a new knife would. It is very handy to have in the kitchen. It will cut through just about anything, even plastic!

This is an awesome knife! it is very sharp and it stays in good shape for a lot of use. It is dishwasher safe and great for restaurants and for home use. Highly recommend.

These knives are great for our farm. The bright handles can be easily found. The serrated edges make harvesting lettuce, greens, and herbs a breeze. Also great for in the kitchen slicing tomatoes.

I love these knives! I have a whole collection. The blade stays sharp, the serrated edge makes it easy to slice anything from onions to soft tomatoes, and they wash beautifully, both by hand and in (residential) dishwasher. They are also an incredible price from Webstaurantstore!

These are great as stark knives but i have also used them to level a small cake and it work like a dream. It also doesn't break the cake, creating lots of crumbs.

This is my second favorite knife (after the Victorinox bread knife with the offset handle). It works extremely well as a steak knife, but also as a bread knife (for small loaves, french bread, rolls, etc.). And bonus, it's pink! It has kept its sharpness incredibly well - I haven't had to resharpen it at all, yet, and I've had it for a year or more. I plan on buying more for my guests to use as stake knives.

The size makes this a perfect utility knife. Serrated edge is a little harder to sharpen but it can be done. You won't need to sharpen it for awhile though as the blade is very sharp and will keep its edge for quite some time.

These are great little knives for a deli especially. They stay sharp for as long as I've used them, great for cutting hoagies open and in half and in a pinch perform great for breaking down and opening boxes

This is my go to small knife. It's a favorite. I've ordered it before in black but will be happy to have it in a color that makes it easy to spot. This is a great tomato slicing knife.

Cutting up fruit with this yellow handled knife is a simple task. You slice away as normal and then properly clean the knife and it should last a long time.

I have never found a pink handled utility knife with better quality then this Victorinox! It livens up my kitchen and the knife itself is a blessing. It cuts nicely every time with no mistakes. The knife stays sharp and it doesn't need to be sharpened often.

I love Victorinox brand of knives. Their utility/paring knives are nice and thin, so if you are doing delicate work, or something that you need something thin to cut, these are awesome. They also keep a nice sharp edge.

Deceptively useful/important knife in anyone's collection. I like to think of it like a serrated pearing knife works great on things like tomatoes where a serrated blade can help with the skin. Love Victorinox knifes an this one lives up to the name! easy to clean too.

Whoa! I took a chance on this beauty, based on the reviews - love it! My first use of it was to slice an orange. It went through the orange literally like a warm knife through butter - I was shocked. I did not think it was hard to slice an orange with a random knife before experiencing this one; I bought this as a cheap fruit slicing knife that hopefully would last a while, no biggie if it didn't. Now I not only have a cheap knife that can get tossed in a drawer (lol, in a special basket for cheap knives, all handles towards the front of the drawer, no chance of accidents), but cutting an orange is now a magical moment in my day.

Great kitchen tool everyone should have. Serrated blade stay sharp and continues to cut through items you don't want to subject a high-end blade to. I don't imagine it lasting forever, but for the price it should be taking lots of abuse and saving the good blades.

What a terrific buy. We have a couple of these as well as the 3.25" paring knife. Both are great but we use this more, as we find that 4.5" is the better length. The brightly colored handles also help the staff figure out when to use it for what purpose.

Great little knife to keep around your kitchen. I purchase the yellow to specifically cut lemons. I will be buying more of these in different colors to use. The blade is nice and sharp.

This knife cut well right out of the box, and continues to do so after many uses (I am a home user and I've owned this knife for 6 months at the time this review was written.
