I bought this peeler because of the name, it usually means quality except in this case. Every thing I peel with this peeler gets stuck in the blades. I have peeled carrots, cucumbers potatoes, sweet potatoes and all kinds of other tubers and vegetable and I get the same result the peel get clogs in the blades and it is hard to clean.

Buy this peeler thinking that being Victorinox brand would be of exceptional quality, however it was not. The skin of fruits and vegetables does not appear well.

This is a good sharp sharp peeler. The only thing I'd note is that it takes some getting used to - you have to get it at the right angle. And sometimes peels get stuck.

The Victorinox stainless steel vegetable peeler is not my favorite peeler because you need to hold the peeler at approximately 45 degree angle. It takes me longer to peel vegetables with this peeler.

The peeler works well for righties and lefties. We have both in kitchen prep and now we have no complaints when someone is assigned to KP.

I love this peeler it’s fast and efficient I use it at home mostly it’s made great you can use it with both hands. My mom wants me to get her one cause she even likes it victorinox makes the best products.

Simple peeler, nothing special about it, cuts through the tough skins on mangoes without any issue, hasn't dulled out so far, looks like will be in use for awhile

We use this Peeler for peeling potatoes,carrots,beets and other delicious vegetables! Great in size and very handy. Doesnt bend or break! Recommend it to all!

This potato peeler is great for basic potato peeling as well as peeling other fruits and vegetables. The blade is quite sharp and lasts a long time.

Sharp enough to get the job done. I use this pealer for apples, sweet potatoes, and carrots and it cuts perfectly. This was an affordable price and great quality

These were an absolute waste of time. We couldn't get them to peel anything and we ended up throwing them away and buying the different ones we usually get. We haven't found any of the peelers on Webstaurant to be very good.

This is a basic vegetable peeler. Nothing fancy, but it will do the job. It's nice to have the option of being ambidextrous in case we hire any lefties.

I did not like this peeler. It was not wide enough for potatoes. It cut too deep for carrots. I suppose it would have been better with a swivel cutting blade.

The peeler is pretty good, sturdily made, and comfortable to hold. On the downside, it is fairly expensive and fiddly about the angle you use. If you don't mind paying extra for a somewhat fiddly peeler, it may be an okay choice for you.

A durable and easy to clean peeler that holds it sharp edge longer than expected. Stands up to kitchen abuse, and peels heavy root vegetables easily!

This peeler is a step up from what I was using. I like the large handle which allows for good control during use. I would highly recommend this one!

This product is a very nice peeler as it can be used both ways when peeling vegetables. Other peelers with the blades on top are not as efficient.

Got it in today and I love this little thing .I looked at it at first and thought it was on the thin side but it is awesome and it has a nice sharp tip .highly recommended and I plan on buys a few more

This peeler works well for vegetables, but also doubles as a tomato corer! It's small enough to fit comfortably in your hand while still being an effective peeler!

These peelers are really hard to use. They are inexpensive, and they hold up well, but it takes a long time to peel a potato. We prefer the Y peelers, even if they need to be replaced more often.

This is a descent potato peeler. The handle is a little skinny so your hands get tired pretty quickly after peeling a few potatoes. It's very very sturdy. Not a bad price but I wouldn't recommend this peeler.

It works well on carrots but only if you tilt it forward while you peel, if not it is hard to peel more than an inch. it works less on cucumbers cause it takes off a think slice and stops and starts unless you get the angle right but overall it does well don't know if it would hold up to thicker skins like potatoes though

Great fit in the hand. Nice and sharp. My lefty husband finds it easy to use as well! If you are having trouble using it, it may be the angle you are holding the blade. Peeling is a breeze with this tool, and the best part is that its sharp enough that it doesn't gauge into the produce so there is less waste.

After debating between a y-shaped swivel peeler or a straight edge peeler, I ended up buying this victorinox peeler just because I have always been a big fan of the victrinox products and they last a long time. After having used this for a year in the kitchen it is still sharp as I first got it and always my go to for peeling. The tip is really sharp and the peeler came in its own pouch which is how I store it so that looking for them in the kitchen drawer just earn me a prick or two. I would definitely recommend the peeler to anyone who wants a long lasting product.

A little small to handle but a great peeler for cucumbers for sushi. Perfect for seeding and peeling. Also good for getting bas spots on potatoes when peeling. Good addition.

The blade is sharp, but to narrow. Took longer to peel bigger potatoes than using an older peeler already had in the drawer. Good training peeler for kids with smaller hands.

Another great Victorinox product, these peelers are very sturdy and provide a steady non slip grip that glides through potatos and carrots with ease. Very good price too.

Sadly, this potato peeler didn't work for me...I could barely make it peel at all! It did come in its own case and the pointy end is handy for removing bruised spots, but honestly I could not get this thing to peel! Luckily, it wasn't very expensive...I cannot recommend this product.

For the price this is great little peeler. I love the pointed tip on it to cut out the bad spots of what you are peeling. The only thing to note is that the actual cutting portion of the peeler is only 1 1/4 inches. So even though the description says 2 1/4 inches for the blade that is the entire stainless steel portion of the peeler not just the cutting portion.
