I bought two sets of these ovens and they've been nothing but trouble. Had to replace igniters on two of them within months of purchasing them, and door micro-switches constantly need replacing. I'm replacing one oven right now, after a little over two years of use due to regular intermittent problems. Was told by customer service that "they're not really heavy duty ovens" and I should have considered buying Vulcan or better. I'll take their advice, and you should too.

I bought two of these ovens at the same time and installed them on two different locations with a certified technician. One has been used for less than a month and it started presenting overheating on the exterior motor for the fan and turns off. several of the electrical connection have failed and basically it works whenever it wants. the second was placed as a second use oven in a production kitchen. it works a maximum of 3 hours per day and has presente numerous electrical issues. We are aware that it is not a high grade ultra expensive oven, but we expected them to work and they don´t. For the record, we own 15 restaurants with different equipment brands and these ovens are a waste of money

I love this oven it works amazing, I wasn’t sure how good of the oven was going to be as it is a brand I had never seen before. I have baked pizzas on all three racks and they all cook perfectly even, also French bread, sandwich bread, hamburger buns it is a great oven I am very happy with my purchase.

Though we were getting a good deal on a good oven, and that couldn't be farther from the truth. Purchased this oven 3 months ago, and initial impressions were good. It looks good, heats good and was a vast improvement from our old oven. 3 months later, it's dead and we're getting next to ZERO response from the manufacturer. Both the igniter and the motor have gone out and our main oven has been non-functional for 3 WEEKS as we, and the factory authorized service tech, try to call and get the parts to fix it. Seriously. 3 weeks in, and the manufacturer hasn't even shipped the parts out. If you're going to sell garbage, you'd better be johnny on the spot when it comes to fixing it. Avoid this oven at all costs. No amount of money saved up front is worth the headache and expense of not having a working oven and being forced to deal with this company. This is a total fail, Webstaurant Store.

Do not buy this product. I bought 2 and have regretted it ever since. Multiple warranty claims, a replacment that only lasted 2 months before it failed. 100% not worth the hassle. Don not buy CPG products...absolute junk.

I've had this oven for 4 years it's on from about 4am till about 8pm with no problems the only thing I which I could do is turn off The fan completely not everything needs convection like cakes

Buyer beware. When the unit came, the bolt that houses the temperature controls was missing. No biggie, I replaced it. It also came dented but it’s so heavy - what’s the point on exchanging? I let that go. Now, 6 months after the warranty expired, stopped working completely. I hired a company to repair it and it’s going to cost almost as much as what I paid for the unit, which was much more than what they sell it now. It’s not worth its weight in scrap. Do not buy.

I purchased this item on Placed: 05/15/23. Started using it in July 2023. It is October 2023 and the oven is no longer working. Thankfully the bottom is, otherwise, I would have to shut down my baking business. A claim was submitted and they stated it will take them at least a day or so to get back with me due to be overwhelmed. A total disaster. I will order from this company again. Going into the holiday season, this makes me really nervous.

bought this in 2018 FGC-200-N the unit was made well. I have had to replace a few parts but didn't have to wait long for replacement parts as others have said, However we have our own maintenance crew and order directly ourselves (no third party) overall 'I'm pretty happy with the oven and would buy again. Ignite's , door switches ect. will fail on any oven expensive or cheap with heavy use as we do. replaced a thermostat board in one after a couple years of heavy use. My only complaint is the cycle of the thermostat has a pretty wide range of below to above set point to maintain middle ground. I think this oven is a very good alternitive if you don't want to drop several thousand dollars on a big name brand

This oven was definitely an investment for my business. As a first time business owner, I chose to really invest in key pieces that would get the job done efficiently, not burn or dry out my baked goods, and also would have longevity over the foreseeable future. This oven definitely was all of that and more for me! It is easy to use, assembly was quick and the professionals who installed it were saying how much they enjoyed the install too. When it comes to the actual baking of my pastries and cookies, they are done quickly, the interface is easy to use, and the baked goods are cooked to perfection! This oven was definitely an "investment" for my business, but I am SO happy with it!

Great convection oven. Heat up quickly and controla are very user freindly.

Very happy with this convection oven. It quickly and evenly bake and heats pans of our sides. Very happy with how this has performed and would add another if/when needed.

This oven is doing great. It was a little confusing at first because we bought the Propane model. It wasn't working right. I assumed it was ready to go with propane. Nope. I had to switch it up.

This is a great piece of equipment in our kitchen. We purchased this in 2018 and use it as our primary Oven for entrees, baked good and so forth. The oven runs extremely consistent and produces great food every time. WE are probably going to purchase two more in the next year as our business has doubled. My entire team all highly recommend this oven for your Commercial kitchen. Just remember not to put stuff on top of it LOL

Purchased for my catering trailer. Works great but didn't need the deep depth it option.

Didn't even last two years, 1 year 8 months and needs a new igniter. I recommend buying somewhere that has a better warranty, only has a one year warranty.

Initially good looking oven functioned well. After 4 months igniter has blown. Based on reviews I just went ahead and ordered the part rather than wait on manufacturer.

very nice oven ,easy to use

This oven is perfect for smaller kitchens that always need a little adjusting to fit everything in. My only qualm is that with propane it does not cook as hot, but other than that it works well for our purposes.

So far so good. Have ordered four of these within the last few months and they all are working as advertised. I was concerned due to previous reviews but these seem to be working just fine. If they hold up it will be well worth the money.

I opted for this CPG oven after having success with one of their grills and have been very pleased. The unit is accurate and the convection works well to heat evenly. Save yourself a few dollars and get this unit, you won't be disappointed.

I use this to take to different events. I love how fast it cooks and easy it is to operate. I will be getting another one of these in the near future.
