Completely undependable! Withing two weeks of purchase the first thermo-couple failed. Unfortunately a universal therm-couple will not fit due to the different threading used by the Chinese manufactures on the gas valve itself so had to have my technician order an entire replacement gas valve kit ($300+)....from China! It's been three weeks and the part has still not arrived. Today a second thermo-couple failed. Rather than reorder another replacement part from China and wait for potentially months to receive it, we will likely sell the unit for scrap after a total service life of less than 30 days. Extremely disappointment that Webstaurant, who we trust and have purchased from for years. would offer such a total piece of junk to unsuspecting buyers.

Product quality is Cheap. Warranty doesn't cover muc. It's WebStaurantstore product... i wouldn't buy any product from this site again!!! CS won't help with any thing

Do not buy. I purchased a little over a year ago and it with all the rest of my equipment sat in the space while I waited on building permits. We opened April 8 2022 so the unit has only been running or working 9 months. It hasn't worked for over a month now. There is a leak in the coil area which is a real pain to get to and the repair bill will be over $1000.00 for a new piece of equipment. The leak has to be due to workmanship because the copper just doesn't leak for no reason. We figure it's a flair connection somewhere. But they will not cover it under warranty because it was purchased over a year ago. What a joke. I bought three pieces of refrigeration equipment of tis brand and have problems with three of them. Its just junk, poor workmanship. Sorry I chased a low price because now I have spent way more then had I bought the better brands

Extremely durable and well put-together gas top griddle. This bad boy is extremely heavy but also heavy duty. It heats to proper temperature fairly fast and gets the job done every time. Even cooking temps across the griddle.

Bought a few weeks ago still trying to fund why pilot is to big changed Orphis to LP but still have problems to much gas thermostat doesn’t help flam is same size ,,. Pilot is to big too & to light it it’s to far in any lighter to light very very un happy with this griddle to many problems

This has been a good flat top we have had it in service for about 6 months. Heats up fast holds a good temperature. My only complaint is that the grease tray in the front has gotton wavey from heat. Not really bad but does make it harder to move the grease to the grease pan because it puddles in the low spots in the sheet metal.

This is a fantastic grill!! The cost of it makes it even better. We use this grill from open till close and it has never had any issues at all.

Came in damaged as almost all heave cooking equipment does, but it's exactly what was described. Its very heavy and built like a tank. Perfect for high volume cooking. Don't let the low price scare you away.

Perfect size for my food truck. It was easy to hook up and heats up very fast with a even heat. Pilot light is easy to light.

Worst purchase we have ever made from webstaurantstore.com and they are being ridiculous about making it right. Purchased a few months ago and was delivered with no issues, but had to sit in storage room for few months while we finished renovating kitchen. Once we had it hooked up, we discovered it would not get over 200 degrees no matter what the dials are set to. We have spent over $36,000 with this company and had zero issues till now. They are forcing us to wait for who knows how long for warranty company to fix it when it should have simply been replaced from them as defective. Will start transitioning to another supplier from now on for as much as we can. They apparently don't care about customer loyalty.

I bought it a month or so ago, and I just fired it up...well, I tried it, but the Pilot is too big to light it’s too far in any lighter to light to keep the grill lit, very unhappy with this griddle too many problems I contacted Webstaurant, and they sent me to the warranty department. it's been almost a week, and I still have not heard anything. Now I'm stuck buying another one because there is zero help with this one. DO NOT BUY

This griddle is great! It heats up very fast. We originally bought for our food trailer but put it in use in our restaurant. We really like it and the tray provides plenty of room for waste.

This griddle is working good, no doubt about that. We had/still have problems to adjust die pilot flame as it is way too big. We called the hotline and they gave us a number from "whatever". We called and explained our issues and they promised to give us a call back. They never did and we still have problems with the big pilot flame. I guess you are on your own once you bought and paid for the items. The manual must be one from an older production line as it is not even close to what we received. This is NO GOOD !!!

The heat temperatures are inaccurate. It gets so hot on the lowest setting that it warps the metal along the grease tray . Grease leaks down the side from a poor weld. Poorly constructed inconsistent heat . Refrigerator works fine. The griddle is trash.

After a year of cooking with this flat top we are ready to throw it in the street! This unit has two temps off and so hot it glows blue! The control on the gas is very very touchy! Spend the extra buy once cry once! We will be replacing this unit in the next month!

Bought this item for my restaurant. We didnt calculate the gas intake and it wasn't a fit for my kitchen. Webrestaurant store said we need to pay for return shipping. completely inconvenient. I do not recommend to anyone.

The griddle is decent but has some shortcomings. First, the edges between the splash guards and the cooking surface are not well sealed. Fluids run between them and inside the unit making a mess to attempt to clean. The right-most thermocouple gave us problems after the first couple of months of use. Eventually, it died completely and is integrated into the control valve so field replacement isn't easy. I've called for warranty service and been told that the earliest repair possible "might" be nearly two weeks. Don't buy from CPG if their service is going to be so deaf to the needs of a restaurant. If we had the money, we'd just replace the unit with a Southbend.

We have two of these charbroilers in our kitchen. The knobs are a little confusing, especially the pilots, but we have gotten use to it. The heating elements are a little uneven.

Very large well made griddle. Cooks with extreme proficiency. Highly recommended for anyone who cooks at a restaurant or even a personal home griddle as well

This griddle is sturdy and easy to clean. The size has allowed us to be very flexible with cooking a variety of items at once. Would recommend.

This was an easy assembly to LPG which was a big bonus for me in buying this. Once that was taken care of and connected to the gas it turned right up and is easy to adjust the pilot. I would buy again.

I purchased this unit and arrived defective. Only two out of the three burners will light the third burner will not stay lit. I spoke with the people twice both times he assured me they would send me a replacement and now I’m getting the runaround saying I have to file a warranty claim when this thing was shipped defective very unhappy and I do not trust these people anymore after the thousands and thousands of dollars I spent with these people. Buy with caution don’t bank on any kind of support, selling someone a defective piece equipment, and then not going good on it is crooked as hell.

There is no pans that fit these coolers. When you pull out the drawers, the pans fall down. Why would they ever build these things and not fit pans? Coolers work fine, but pans will not fit properly. Why is there no solution????

have this grill for two months and issues with this grill is hot cooking plate is not welded by the edges, that is why water and oil is going under the flat top grill while cooking and cleaning. And when you turn on the grill in the morning that oil and water that stays under hot cooking plate is pop out and spred on grill.

Purchased this flat top as a replacement for 2 separate grills. BIG Mistake. This grill has had issues since it was installed. The Warranty Company "Ready Kitchen Warranty" are absolutely useless. Save your money and aggravation and purchase a higher end product.

my 24' have twice big grease tray then this one, very very dangerous when you transfer the fluid inside the tray when doing cleaning. And also no recommended splash guard for this product, and was told you need to find local shop to custom made one.

We've had this griddle for over a year now. Zero problems. This is a very good deal for top performing unit. Only thing I would change is the very large and shallow drain pain. Makes dumping a little challenging. I am recommending this grill with 5 stars

This is a fantastic grill that works well and heats up as expected. The slab will lose some heat from cool down due to thickness and the flame may need to be adjusted up or down based on the "chill down factor". It is a bit different due to this than the thicker slab flat top that this one replaced. Overall, once you learn this flattops personality it performs perfectly.

Unit came defective. One pilot would not light after being converted to LP Gas. Webstraunt said it was a warranty claim and refered me to ready kitchen to file a claim. Failed claim online and still haven't received any help. I ended up fixing the pilot myself.

I would definitely not purchase this again. The pilot does not stay on, and we have to light it before service each day. Usually takes us about one hour to get it lit and we're all having a panic attack. It is very hard to light. We had to start cooking hamburgers on my little stove, and the cheese was burning. It was an awful mess because we couldn't get the pilot to light once it's lit does fine but my goodness getting it lit is awful !!

These flattops are great. Easy to clean. Just a bit hard to light up the pilot. Cheaper to buy new than used locally. And free delivery if youbare a plus member.
