This charbroiler is really bad quality.! We have used it for 8 months and it's falling apart. Contacted customer service and they basically said it's our fault because we don't clean it well. (when they don't even know how it looks) very disappointed. Stop selling this stuff

I’ve had this for about 10 months now and I wish I would of researched better. I have changed the rocks, rotated them and cleaned it as instructed and the grill has hot spots. I cannot cook on 1/3 of this grill because no matter what it burns the food. The other 2/3 of the grill is fine but one part is not. So I cannot cook more than 3 burgers at a time.

Only used for 3 months and the flames started to fly out the front of the unit where the knobs are. The unit was running hot and wasnt working right from the start. Now the whole front of the unit is burnt and peeling. Was professionally installed for the restaurant and deep cleaned out once a week. Do not waste your money and now time tryimg to deal with this issue and get some resolution. Companies should stop selling junk as it it is also dangerous and a hazard. What a headache

We owned a cafe a few years back and we always wanted one of these Charbroilers, but we didn't have enough room under our vent hood for it. We now cook at lot at home on our back deck, so we decided now was the time to get on of these bad boys, and we are soooo glad we did!!! It's worth every penny if you are a serious griller and love the char broil flavor. Just be prepared that this is the real deal, and not one of the local hardware store grills. We had a little bit of trouble hooking it up to our propane bottle, but with the help of a friend who is a certified technician, and calling the help line for CPG, we got it going. This is a fabulous broiler. It is very high quality. The packaging is excellent and very secure. The heating is even, unlike a Globe unit. The char-briquette grates are HEAVY cast iron. When you adjust the mixer, place the the front cover back on and check the combustion. The front cover affects the airflow to the mixer. The Propane conversion is simple. Be aware that the price does NOT include a shipping charge. Having said that it is well worth the delivered price to me.

I bought this not realizing how nice and big it would actually turn out to be. It is a beautiful grill and I love how it automatically comes with the option to convert it so you can use it with Liquid Propane.

Thsi charbroiler really cranks out heat. It cooks evenly which is big! We cook burgers, and even veggys on it daily! 24" is a perfect size.

Great price; however, the grate holding the lava briquettes disintegrated in less than four months. Customer service was nice, so we will see how much they charge me to fix this, if anything. The unit also runs hot.

I love my 24" griddle! Works great , it heats up fast and it is easy to clean . It is very heavy and solid . It would be perfect if it had a thermostats in it.

The shipping was amazingly fast. Set up quick and easy. I've never had a grill that gets this hot this fast! Cook time is cut in half from my previous grill. Easy to clean and maintain. If I ever need another grill, this is it!

The Charbroiler is the perfect size for my food truck! It was easy to hook up and has a great flame. the only down fall with it is you need to unscrew the burners and the plate to give it a full cleaning.

Perfect for my kitchen. You can not get a better deal on this anywhere else. Except you do have to order more Lava briquettes. It is short on what you need to fill it.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Quality I purchased this item about a year ago. Within the first week of using it, the griddle cracked, though I was sent a replacement for that part. Unfortunately, after a year of occasional use, the entire bottom section ended up breaking and melting. The build quality is extremely poor, and overall, this has been the worst charcoal grill I’ve ever owned. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a durable, long-lasting grill.

Have been using it for few months and it's falling apart. The Lava Briquette Rack has melted. Parts of the hill are super hot which is very hard to cook big pieces of meet. Only 1/3 of the hill is usable.

O i dont know where to begin. HORRIBLE grill! Dont waste your money. I purchased this for a brand new store i just opened few months ago. Automatically from the start i had issues. I contacted webstaurant store and fine they did what they could and the item was honored as defective. Then they sent me another one again same problems with this one. So i came to a conclusion its not defective its just poorly made with very very cheap materials. It came to the point where i thought my store was going burn. The very thin metal that comes under the burners is completely melted and now all the food gets stuck on that and makes a huge fire.

We bought this to replace a very old, huge char broiler and we love it! It heats up quickly, is semi easy to keep clean with nightly wire brush downs. We did have to replace a burner after only 1 year, but it was the "favorite burner" on the char broiler. The burners are not cheap either! We now have a backup burner if it happens again. We also have extra briquettes on hand as well. The other thing is that some of the lower grates that hold up the briquettes have cracked. They still hold up the briquettes, but we didn't think that after a year we would be replacing things on it?! We do like the size and performance of the char broiler though.

I haven't been using this long enough to make a fair review. So far though, I do love it. Heats up quickly and is easy to clean.

We are pleased with this grill. It arrived quickly and it was easy to install and set up in our kitchens. Overall our chef says it works well for the needs of the restaurant.

Just got this in and I fell in love with it from the start. Very well made and durable. I cannot wait to get it out to an event this weekend.

this charbroller last three years now for our buffet restaurant, work great! the only down point is parts can really costly if you need to replace every six month.

This product is great. We had never used the lava briquette before, but it is awesome. Great char without burning anything. Would buy again in the future.

Received our gas lava briquette charbroiler today. It is awesome. Easy set up. Easy to operate. Cooked juices steaks and was easy to clean up
