I think I'm just being generous to give this a star rating of 2. I don't usually buy stuff here because of what the reviews say. Whenever I'm in doubt, I usually recourse to Customer Service before making a purchase. This product is ideally suitable for kids in terms of size and rigidity. It is in no way suitable for adults. I had to give the rest of my purchase out to a charity.

To be honest was expecting a better quality from this product yes it's a plastic set but not that sturdy was expecting it to be a bit more firmer not so much liking this need to reorder somewhere else

DO NOT BUY I bought 4 cases of these and I'm tossing them in the trash. I could not, in good conscience, offer these to my guests. The plastic is comically thin, my family made fun of them as they twisted the forks and spoons into funny shapes. The napkin is as thin as toilet paper. I was going to return them but it wasn't worth the freight.

During Covid these have been amazing all in one quick to grab and go. Very very convenient for my staff and customers alike. Thanks for the setup

While we prefer the heavy duty cutlery, when we are in a pinch and those are sold out, these will do. Truth is, they are pretty flimsy, but at least they're black, so they look good. I save the heavy duty for our dine-in customers and if we have any medium weight like these, i reserve them for delivery or take-out orders.

This cutlery was ok. Some packs had 2 knives while others had none. I would buy something that is a little more sturdy next time. i give these a 3/5

Crap! Don't waste your money. It's cheaper to throw them in the trash then it is to use them. I assume that the light weight ones must be made of of paper. Tried to give to the shelter and they refused them.

Very poor quality. The utensils are so small and have no resilience or strength. Easily breakable. Designed for little hands. Do not buy this product.

Just say no, you can fold these utensils in half and they won't break. Fork tines are much too flimsy, knife is barely sturdier than a sheet of chipboard, idk what the designers intended you to use these for. Just avoid yourself the bad reviews you could trigger with these.

We use this product only one time. Too small, too weak for our needs. We recommend it only for very soft food. The napkin is like nothing.

The fact that the set includes a fork, spoon, and a knife. However these are not as sturdy as I would have liked. Sure they get the job done, but for a medium weight utensil, I was expecting something a little tougher.

I was disappointed that the cutlery was small and thin. If you just need something to toss in a bag on the chance the customer needs it, this if fine. If you foods are large and heavy, it won't work.

This seem to be light weight. They aren't very easy to break, but not what I would call medium weight. I like that a spoon comes with them unlike the kits from Sams.

I always feel cleaner and safer when handed an individually-wrapped set at a restaurant. For home use, this is a super-handy pack for takeout, picnics, or car trips. The simple addition of salt and pepper to the pack is amazingly useful. The napkins get folded a little too many times in order to fit, but if you open and get it ready before you are grabbing for it with messy hands, then it is much more convenient. These are medium weight though, so pay attention to what you are serving them with. Don't try to serve tougher stuff that requires heavy weight on medium weight cutlery. It is always a disappointment to be supplied with flatware that is not a heavy enough weight for the food being served. napkins are so small you can only wipe your fingers once and they are no more the forks are all bent up and they are very flimsy

Medium weight is very generous. These are barely able to use as cutlery. Knife easily bends if you try to cut anything of any resistance. Gave a 2 star since the price is really low. Will continue to look for a suitable alternative cutlery set.

These are the perfect sets for folks on the go. We sell a variety of foods and these are super helpful to have. The cost is pretty good too. If you are using them for heavy or dense foods they may be a bit flimsy.

I use this product for our food truck. The product is worth the money and very durable. My issue is with the long process it is taking for the company to get my product to me. Order was placed on the first and today is the 7th. I ordered 2 and one is out for delivery. Thats not a good look on behalf of the company.

Great product. Does what I bought it to do.

The cutlery set was ok barely. It was not as strong as I would have hoped. It could not cut through the rock tail meat. I do like the trio combination of the spoon, fork, knife and the salt and pepper. I would have preferred a more heavy duty version that could cut through denser protein without having to saw it back and forth.

Good quality utensils. I’ve bought the same kind for years, a few days ago as I was scrolling I see this and for the price, I had to get at least 10. Don’t know why the other place I used to buy from had this item for a lot more money than webstaurant.
