The westcott 12 inch ruler is a light weight ruler. It has the 3 holes so it can be easy place in a 3 ring binder and not get lost there is a metal edge alomg one side to allow for clean lines and not marking up the ruler with marker or pen.

Another wonderful product that I was able to add to my arsenal of office supplies. Its easy to use, make straight edges and the numbers are easily identifiable.

i use rulers mostly for portioning meat products and this gets the job done well. you have to be careful because its made of wood so its porous, but its pretty sturdy and works well for what i use it and general writing / office use
