Great sheet pan extender to bake cakes. Gave 4 stars because corners are not closed causing batter to leak. As a work around we folded parchment paper around the corners.

These are great for baking larger cake batches on our standard sheet pans with a piece of parchment. Baked-on cake residues can be a bit of chore to clean off of these, but the product doesn't claim to be non-stick. My only real issue is that a fairly significant amount of batter leaks out of the corners during every bake. This has been the case with batters ranging from moderately thick to very thick. I don't know if the small opening at the bottom of each corner serves a purpose, but it strikes me as a poor design decision.

I use this for panning up 6 pieces of cinnamon rolls. The height makes it rise high and it looks very we’ll presented that way.

These pan extenders are a great addition to any bakers kitchen. The work amazing for making cinnamon rolls, brownies, and other bar pastries. I purchased 2 and use them nearly every day!

I'm on the fence about this item. I like the idea of it, but the first time i used it there was quite a bit of batter that leaked out. I haven't tried it again to see if it was just a one time thing??

I bought this with the intention of baking a large cake but ended up finding that it did not fit my baking sheets as I thought they would. The corners of the extender taper up so, if using a liquid batter, cannot contain the contents completely. I was under the impression that the extender would lay completely flat with no exposed areas on the baking sheet but that is not the case. I think this would work best with more rigid or dough-y foods.

I have to say I was unsure of this product at first. I thought the batter would run out of the bottom of the extender. Some did but not enough to effect the cake. I was happy with the end result.

I absolutely love all of these pair and extenders! They clean greet and work wonderfully. I have three different sizes of these and they all work great. I have a recommend these for anybody!

showed up bent but at least i will have to pay webstaurant to return it and get a product that's not destroyed. I will not be using this company again.

I prefer these extenders over buying a separate deeper pan. Does a great job on sheet cakes.

I had high hopes for the Baker's Lane 2" High Half-Size Aluminum Sheet Pan Extender, but unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While trying to bake blondies using this pan extender, I noticed that it leaked at the corners, even with a very thick batter. I can imagine it would leak even more with a thinner batter. Another issue I had with this product is its size. The odd size of the half sheet pan doesn't make it ideal for products that need to be cut and sold individually, as it may not fit the standard sizes. Overall, I would not recommend the Baker's Lane 2" High Half-Size Aluminum Sheet Pan Extender for baking tasks that require a leak-proof pan. This product may work well for some recipes, but it did not meet my expectations for baking blondies. Additionally, its unusual size may make it impractical for some uses.

I use these when i make brownies they work great the brownies have good edges and make de-panning a breeze easy to clean however they are not easy to store

I use the extenders for pan cakes. Great pineapple upside down cake. Also for making bird suet. Easy to cut the bird suit into squares to fit the feeder. Great price and easy to clean.

Love these pan extenders for my baking. No more over flows in the oven for me! The extender fits perfect in my half sheet pan. They also clean up real easy.

Discovered this amazing tool in the baking program. They’re definitely a game changer being able to get those nice crisp lines. The quality is great and clean up is easy. Food comes right off of it.

I use it to extend the height of my pan to proof my croissant dough. And the height fits my croissant after proofing. My croissant size is 7.5cm by 13cm and it can hold up to 21 croissants of that size.

Easy to clean, resistant, batter doesn't lick beneath . Sets perfectly on half pan and let you cook cake batter or brownies without burning edges. Recommended

these are awesome for sheet pans. nothing will stick to the sides on the sheet pan, and it makes leveling things really easy to do

Very happy with these. We have 4 of these that we use to spread our fruit/nut purees on sheet trays before we dehydrate them. They are durable and holding up very well after being used daily for 3+ years. Easy to clean, lightweight, but heavy enough to stay in place. Great tool.

we have several different brands of this.we use to make sheet cakes a lot.this brand is much thinner and cake sticks to it even with using brand name spray.

Works perfectly for making thinks like brownies, cheesecake squares, cornbread and my favorite, cinnamon rolls. I do wish there was an extender like this without any of the corner notches since cake batter runs out, but this design lets you get closer to the corners I presume.

These are great and they hold in the liquids pretty well. They do good with baking to the core, however, I would still recommend using something in the middle to cook the core better.

Having a small oven I had no idea these even existed! These are perfect for a home baker as well. I use them for high brownies.

This extender would be awesome expect that the sides do not go all the way down. It is sad that it doesn't keep all of the batter in. I would consider buying again because it is a good quality, although I might be inclined to check another type that would hold the food in better.

We have only really baked biscuits using these pan extenders but they look like they'd work great for cakes, as well. May have to use a liner to prevent seepage.

This extender is perfect in my bakery for all my cakes. It takes up less room when no being used and i can use any pan to set it on. Perfect size for a dozen cinnamon rolls!

If you bake a lot of full sheet cakes, you want to have these pan extenders ! Cakes and bars come out perfect on the edges, also they are easy to store

Creating a sheet tray sized cake pan has never been easier. We use ours to make a sheet tray sized ice cream pie and it works great and going in and out of the freezer has held up very nicely.

This pan extender is perfect for brownies and bars. We line it with parchment paper so that nothing sticks to it and it makes it easy to wash.

These pan extenders are heavy duty and well made. They work really well for stacked or layered cakes. Don't bake in these unless you have a thick batter. Another plus is when they are in use, you can stack other pans on top with out having to worry about damaging your product.

works well enough. mine came in and was slightly warped. the brownies I was trying to make seeped out the bottom. but I do believe if the pan was not warped it would have worked fine.

We absolutely love these pan extenders. Wish we'd known about them sooner. They are what have changed the look of our signature cinnamon buns from ok to WOW OK.

Great quality! Works perfectly to convert a half sheet pan into a 2" deep cake pan. I was worried that the product might be flimsy but it is very sturdy. So happy that I purchased them.

I bought two of these 2 inches high half size aluminum Pan extenders so I can make a cake as my customers want. Made of s good quality metal. Very good find!

These are awesome for squaring up the corners when baking on sheets pans and to allow for taller baking in the the sheet pan. Ours fit best in Volrath pans.

Would be great if this was nonstick! I use a lot of spray to ensure easy lift off. Wish I had more uses for it, extender does what it says. Makes great cakes without having to invest in multiple size pans.

My first time using a pan extender! works well.. you just put it on your sheet tray! the corners are curved however so i put parchment to cover to prevent leakage
