It is a scale with printer. We pack some stuff so need to label the packages for sale, It does good work. It is easy to get the computer software and program it through that. Otherwise Its really difficult to program. I called the company and they sent me the link to download the software and it was much easy after that.

Easy to use and has helped us keep track of our inventory.

It was kind of hard to use it in the beginning but it really as I wished to have in my store , great product
