Purchased this scale and it worked great for a few weeks, then the keypad quit working. Contacted the manufacturer and was told that they aren't designed to be repaired so I purchased another new scale from the Webstaurant store. The new scale arrived and the next day the keypad on that scale quit functioning. Webstaurant store wouldn't do anything about it and neither will the manufacturer.

I have been using this scale for many things, including weighing packages for shipments. This scale is very precise and I love that it goes to 30lbs. Has lasted through a lot of use so far without fail

This scale has been awesome. We use it in our candy store to weigh candy and compute price. We own two and both have lasted two seasons of intense use and are holding up great. The battery is a plus as we often lose power.
