These bins - we have 5 of them - perfectly meet our local health department requirements. They store our flours and sugars perfectly, allowing us to easily move them around the bakery for cleaning. I highly recommend this product.

Great storage bins for all types of dry ingredients. These fit under most commercial counter tops. Casters make moving them around very easily. Highly recommended.

Great price on these containers and well made. We’ve ordered three and use them for flour, oats and brown sugar. Casters roll well, lids and containers are both heavy duty and stand up to wear and tear.

These have truly lasted the test of time. We used them for trash and as our rice storage bins. I’d buy them again but it seems all I would need is a new dolly or replace a few wheels. Either way, no complaints! It holds weight, it’s sturdy and we are happy with our purchase. It’s been worth it.

We use these bins for storing rice, grits and flour and couldn't be happier with them. They are huge but the dollies make them easy to move around so even in our tight storage room they work alright.

We actually don't use this as a trash can but as a transport for our ingredient bins. We put some weights in the bottom so they are less likely to tip over. They work better than traditional carts as they can be pushed/pulled from any direction, and they can get right up to your work surface.

This baby holds a lot of pizza flour. You will need the dolly kit once this ingredient bin is loaded up. A great purchase and great price.

These are a great value for storing dry goods at bakery. You can fit several under workbenches at fraction of cost of rectangular rolling containers.

I bought 2 of these 2+ years ago to be able to safely store my bulk baking flours and sugars and wouldn't change a thing! The lids fit snugly to keep out any possible contaminants, the wheels roll smoothly, and they are easy to load with bulk ingredients and clean out. Honestly, I can't find a 'con' yet, will definitely would more as my business grows.

Used these for flour, sugar, and breadcrumbs - perfect for holding and easily moving those around as needed in back of house. Highly recommended for abudget storage option!

We use lots of flour in our restaurant and this is a very nice way to store the flour. having it on rollers is nice as well it helps with getting flour to other stations.

This easy to ensamble and good quality bin is usefull to keep dry ingredients in excellent conditions. It's quiet big so take into consideration enough space for it.

We love this trash can and use it for our compost. The attached wheels/dolly work great and stay on nicely. When you need to twist off the can, it comes off easily. We've cleaned the can numerous times and it's easy to clean inside and out.

We actually use ours to store our rising pizza dough. The rollers make it easy to get our huge dough ball from the mixer to a warmer place to rise. Lid seals well and easily, definitely recommend!

Health department loves these! And so do I. I use them to store rice and it stores a good amount and keeps the contents dry. Love the dolly kit as well, easy to move around and store under tables with 100lbs of rice in them.

We have two of these in our bakery and we love them. Each 20 gallon bin holds (2) 50 lb bags of flour very nicely. The bins lock snugly to the dollies, which are durable and makes the moving flour around easy. The diameter of the bin is perfect for releasing flour into them, with minimal handling, carrying, or lifting by workers, which is great because the flour sack is 50 lbs. So this product has helped our backs, for which we are very grateful.

Ingredient bin works fine, would like the lid to secure a bit tighter, this is why I deduct a star. However, I would give 5 stars to the dolly. A great addition to this set. Also, this is likely the best price you will find on the internet so I recommend going with the set from webstaurant.
