This product was surprisingly amazing. We used it for a catering so that was hot coffee around 10 a.m. and the next morning the coffee was still lukewarm. Pretty impressive I must say.

I like this series of insulated beverage dispensers. Remember to vent the top plug so that you can actually dispense the liquid. They are a bit awkward to haul around, but then again it does hold 5 gallons of liquid.

Works great. We use it for cold brew iced coffee during the summer and hot water for hor cocoa durnibg the winter. I am planning on buying more.

Love this product!! Have used often and keeps everything super hot, even when it gets low. We have bought more because they are so helpful in my business.

These babies can hold the heat! Just pre-heat with hot water about half way full for a few hours closed up tight. Then pour out hot water (be careful it will be hot) and fill with your preferred hot beverage and enjoy it hot for hours! Very useful! Great for weddings!

Portable, easy to clean, durable, efficient and professional appearance. All of these features make this a good purchase for me. The gasket can be replaced if you lose it or it cracks over time.... mine hasn't.

These dispensers are awesome and keep our drinks (coffee and hot chocolate) hot all day long. The slim and streamlined look makes storage easy and the simple but effective closing top ensures drinks stay warm.

This beverage dispenser has been great for us. When we cater upscale events and weddings, we like to make sure we look sharp, even with our beverages. The dispenser does a great job at keeping cool beverages at a suitable temperature. The recessed nozzle is tucked back out of the way- keeping it from damage when being loaded and unloaded. Great dispenser- would definitely buy it again.

We routinely use this dispenser to carry water and tea for BBQ catering. It maintains the temp without checking and worrying about it. Which in turn allows you to place little time and effort into the drinks and focus on the more critical and sensitive issues like the meat. They can be a little heavy, but that's to be expected when you account for 8 pounds per gallon for water and tea...nothing fixes this problem other than a decent cart.

Keeps liquid either super cold or super hot! Very narrow dispenser so it doesn't take up to much of my counter space. Looks good also!

We purchased this beverage dispenser to hold hot chocolate for a hot cocoa bar at a baby shower. It did a great job of keeping the cocoa warm for a couple of hours.

Arrived a little "rough" looking. Was definitely new, but there are some imperfections in the body. I'm assuming they probably put a little less care into these camtainer alternative and less expensive options. Does the job though! Wish they had covers though. Also, the stickers that it comes with to label your beverages doesn't stick to the box where it's supposed to be labeled. That's a little disappointing.

This five gallon drink dispenser is a great buy for the money. It is well worth adding to your catering equipment. I would definitely order this product again.

We had to use this item to serve hot beverages for an outdoor event. It kept the beverage hot for hours and it was really easy to clean. Great buy!

Purchased this beverage dispenser for my event center to use at a water station. It works perfectly. I fill it about 1/4 with ice and then top with water and it has stayed chilled for the entirety of every event I've used it for so far (max has been 4 hours). No leaking from nozzle. I do wish that the nozzle would be higher so you could fit a taller glass underneath, as I do have to prop it up or have it on the very edge of the table, which is kind of inconvenient if the user drips some water before or after opening the nozzle, then water collects on the floor in front of the water station. Just an FYI for use purposes. Other than that, the unit itself works great!

Used this dispenser to transport and keep hot chocolate for a couple of catering events. Beverage stayed hot for over 5 hours! All you have to do is follow instructions to fill with hot water so that it warms up before you pour your hot beverage. It was easy to clean too. Very impressed.

These are great for transporting any hot beverage. Less of a chance of tipping over and spilling. They are also easy to carry because of the handles.

This product works awesome, I have you cambros in the past, but ordered this cheaper alternative for the test. I own a kiosk that sells hot chocolate at an NFL stadium and this container kept the beverage hot for hours. I'm actually after this review about to buy another 10 gallon container. Would definitely recommend this product to anyone.

We do a ton of catering and these things take an incredible amount of daily pounding. After 9 months, they don't leak, the gaskets fit perfectly. They're also lightweight and very easy to maintain. Only small downside is that it's hard to get coffee smell out of the inside of these things.

From cold to warm beverages, this Carlisle dispenser has performed wonderfully. This is extremely easy to clean and looks great. Also, the spigot; when pulled forward will give what you require and has virtually no leakage once you release the spring loaded handle. However, if you require a constant flow - just push the spigot handle back towards the unit and it will stay in place giving hands free operation. A best buy!

We use this for remote caters as well as charity donation functions. The coffee has always stayed hot enough and has been easy to transport.

Sturdy beverage dispenser! It holds enough liquid (hot or cold) to get through a social event. At my old job, we used these for catering events and it was easy to transport them to the place and back. Definitely came in handy!
