This potato brush is the best I've used. It scrubs the potatoes very well but we used it on apples and pears too. The bristles have the right stiffness to get the job done really fast. One small complain, the molded plastic handle could be sharp at times.

We use this brush to clean our carrots before juicing. It cleans our carrots so they are ready to go into the refrigerator before we use them.

This is the absolutely best fruit/vegetable/potato brush ever. The bristles are perfect. They are of about medium stiffness so they don't scratch the skin but clean really well. Additionally the small corer at the end does an ok job of digging out damaged areas out of potatoes for example.

The Carlisle Sparta Spectrum Vegetable / Potato Brush is the perfect palm size. Also live the little edge on the brush, very useful to get labels off when needed.

Excellent. Hard bristles. Great for potatoes. Wouldn't use it on something delicate, like squash. But will stand up to potatoes and scrubbing other things that need a good, strong scrubbing. Worth the price!!

The Carlisle sparta vegetable brush is a great tool and perfect for cleaning potatoes or carrots. Really helps get the dirt out of the grooves and helps to ensure no dirt gets into the dish. The brush is well made and holds up well.

Though this is a potato and vegetable scrubber, I use it for a multitude of different jobs. In addition to cleaning veg, it works well scrubbing the floors or base boards around the kitchen(using different ones for each job). I would buy again.

Awesome scrubbing tool! Scrubbed 20 pounds of potatoes and the brush still looks new! Even used the pointy part to get some of the bad spots on potatoes off. Ordering more for next year.

Great product, bristles last well if used as intended for vegetables. We tend to go through them more quickly than they would last otherwise because they get used for cleaning greasy surfaces on the stove, but that is a factor of not being able to clean grease off the bristles rather than the bristles wearing out.

Purchased the Sparta Vegetable/Potato brush to replace another brush. This is a handy little brush, it fits well in the hand. The brush cleans a variety of vegetables well. I find it is gentle enough for mushrooms and sturdy for scrubbing dirty potatoes based on the amount of pressure you use. I am neutral on the pointed potato eye remover, I find this a bit awkward to use. The brush is well worth purchasing even if you don’t use the eye remover.

This vegetable and potato brush will ensure whatever you are cleaning becomes clean. Apply too much force and it will begin to take the peel off some items. Cleaning cucumbers will stain the bristles is too much force is applied. I’m sure other things can stain as well but this is all we have discovered so far.

Great vegetable cleaning brush and wonderful for cleaning carrots. Really gets all the dirt from deep down in the foods. Great for sweet potatoes too.

The brush is great. it has good ergonomics, strong but stiff bristles, and great build quality. it is very affordable and made int he USA to boot.

Great Potato Brush! the bristles are stiff but not too stiff that they destroy vegetables. I use this one potatoes and other veggies too.. it works well & cleans dirt off potatoes great! Very nice designed brush for the purpose of scrubbing and washing vegetables, in particular potatoes. The spear point is good at digging out imperfections, and the brush is the correct stiffness to quickly clean off dirt and prepare for cooking.

My new favorite vegetable brush! Not so stiff that it bruises the produce, but just the right amount of friction. The brush fits easily in my palm and gives me a better feel for the produce I'm washing. I love it!

These are pretty good vegetable brushes. They definitely can stand up to major use. I use these for scrubbing food-grade cloth that would be tough to clean otherwise

This thing is great. Works very well on "harder" scrubs such as celery. Also, its unique shape keeps my staff from confusing it with any pan scrubbing brushes. I do wish the hanging loop wasn't as thick as it is- I had to put up a quite larger hook to hold it on the wall, not from weight but because of the thickness of the hanging loop. Very happy

We purchased this brush to clean our fresh produce. I use it along with the Regal Veggie Wash Item #: 999VEGWASH. The use of both of them together gets rid of pesticides and waxes that tend to be water resistant. I feel so much better about giving my family food that’s safer and healthier to consume. What’s nice about this brush is that after several uses, I just pop it in the dishwasher to get it super clean.

This works way better than my hands. The brush is hard enough to remove tough dirt without damaging the vegetable you are cleaning. Haven't had any food particles stuck in the brush and it fits comfortably in your hand of you have a clean a large number of things.

This brush works excellent to clean potatoe, carrots, etc. If you are cooking produce with the peel on, it is important ro adequately clean the outside; this product will help you accomplish this. This price and the functionality of the product make it an excellent value!
