When the product arrived, they looked great. I was very happy with my purchase. After ONE single use and washing ONCE (followed instructions that they are dishwasher safe and put away immediately after washing), they look rusty. Product is very inconvenient for a business... more work than worth. I wish I would have went with a different set. Unfortunately purchased enough knives, spoons, and forks in this line for 150 and no product guarantee.

We bought several pieces from this pattern and they really hold their shine. I chose the 18/8 because of so many negative reviews of rust on other patterns. These only see residential use and we did witness lots of rust only on the knives. Usually this grade of Stainless will only rust in the presence of strong corrosive. I suspect these are actually high carbon steel with a 18/8 S.S. veneer that can be a little porous and allowing moisture in. I am guessing this is not an issue in commercial washers but for consumer level it is. We now hand wash the knives and dry them thoroughly and that has minimized the problem. As for shape, size and utility, they are fine and the aggressive serrations can really power through a tough cut of beef.

Our staff and customers love our Acopa knives. They have the perfect weight and durability. We used a cheaper brand at first and have been so happy with the change to Acopa. It has elevated the elegance our our restaurant an our customers noticed right away.

Just terrible, they were rusty in all the crevices after a couple of uses. Spend a couple extra dollars on a better knife instead of wasting your money on these.

The Acopa Edgeworth Extra Heavy Weight Dinner Fork is an excellent and cost-conscious option to have a flatware that feels nice and looks great at a good price. The heft offers your guests a premium feel, and the cost allows you to not be concerned by waste or theft. However, as you can see in my video, the finish can and will scrape through the dishwasher and by the sponge. All in all, a small price to pay for a cost effective option for your restaurant.

simple knives, nothing special, good for the price. Minus two stars is that they get the rust on it if left wet to dry. other then that is fine

Great Quality

Used this set of silverware to outfit a medium-sized banquet hall and have absolutely no regrets. It came in looking great and has held up to a few weeks worth of uses with no problems, and upon arrival only 3 out the over 1700 total pieces were damaged (3 edges raised along the routing of the knife handles that we did not feel comfortable using) but for the price point that was more than acceptable. Also had one small issue with some of the wrong items being delivered, which their website support was able to fix and get the correct items sent out within 15 minutes of conversation. Highly recommend and will be using them for the foreseeable future.

I purchased these steak knives to replace very worn wooden handled knives and they look and work very well.

Good heavy weight dinner knife for everyday use. Shar edges to cut veges, soft meats, eggs etc. nice handle with comfortable grip. Finish is good with nickel content. Comes out clean form dishwasher without water stains. Excellent value at bargain price.

Even with magnetic trash can lids will always have some silverware disappear. I was glad to find the exact match to our existing stock.

This knife does exactly what it says it does, it cuts steak and chicken very well. I have this in additional to my taditional dinner knives. I love have the ability to set the table with this knife that matches the rest of my silverware.

I was disappointed when I was ordering this flatware that there were no steak knives available in the Edgeworth pattern. When I saw they had been added, I ordered them right way. The Acopa 18/8 Edgeworth flatware is such beautiful quality and the price can't be beat. The steak knives are just beautiful and sharp.

These are great, sturdy and heavy duty knives. We really like the feel of the 'extra heavy weight' silverware and would definitely purchase these again.

These are just as good as the Acopa Edgeworth Salad Forks. They’re essentially the same, but a little bit bigger. I personally like smaller utensils, since my hands are smaller, but my husband prefers bigger utensils and these are perfect for him. They are cheap in price, but don’t be fooled. I was a bit scared at first due to how cheap it was, though that’s one of the reasons why I decided to order it. I figured that it wouldn’t hurt much if they turned out to not be so good. To my surprise, it was not only way better than I expected, it’s completely amazing in my opinion. The design is simple, but elegant and I love the way it shines. It also cleans so easily. It’s dishwasher safe, but you could very easily clean off food residue by hand (it just wipes right off).

Exceptional. These are very, very sturdy, have a nice heft in the hand, clean up beautifully, and look high end. I highly recommend them. We not only use them for the bakery, but I purchased them for our home use as well.

These are wonderful. They are quality heavy weight and elegant looking. I would certainly order these again when the need arises. These are used at Church Soup Suppers and we have received many compliments on them.

The extra heavy weight of these dinner knives gives you a feel of high quality. The 18/8 finish is extremely polished and looks good after repeated use as well. The Acopa Edgewood collection is our favorite set we have tried thus far.

This spoon is slightly larger than a traditional tablespoon. I love using it for small-medium groups at catering events. This is a great sized spoon for side dishes. The spoon is sturdy and has an elegant design...and it comes it different sizes in the same design!
