This knife does exactly what it says it does, it cuts steak and chicken very well. I have this in additional to my taditional dinner knives. I love have the ability to set the table with this knife that matches the rest of my silverware.
I was disappointed when I was ordering this flatware that there were no steak knives available in the Edgeworth pattern. When I saw they had been added, I ordered them right way. The Acopa 18/8 Edgeworth flatware is such beautiful quality and the price can't be beat. The steak knives are just beautiful and sharp.
