I bought 2, one is holding up the other one the interior paint is starting to wear out and and there is oil leak at the seem only after 1 month use

DO NOT BUY! Purchased this pail in March and it started leaking in July. Found out their warranty is 90 days. Only purchase if you plan on getting a new pail every four months.

Avoid this product. Started leaking after 3 months of use + the warranty only lasts for 90 days. These buckets will start leaking on you pretty quickly. We were able to tighten some of the bolts in the interior of the bucket (it's the handle) to keep it from leaking, but there's bound to be some o-ring failure/etc in the future that's going to require a replacement. Plus, you shouldn't have a maintenance schedule on a bucket. Design is faulty, and I recommend looking elsewhere if you want some longevity.

Bought two of these. They don’t last long, leaking oil after a couple months. If they didn’t leak they would be useful.

I used the pail once and it leaked all over my brand new food truck. Took me a little to get up and running after I bought it so naturally its not eligible for return anymore. Not happy with this at all. Don't waste your money.

I took the risk of purchasing 2 of these even though so many reviews said it leaks. Well, it sure does leak. Now Im out $200 and looking for something else. Definitely do not recommend.

We have a food trailer and have to drain our oil before heading home. This Oil Pail has been amazing. Since ordering we have used this at least 3 times a week and have had no issues at all. It does say not to put HOT oil in it, so we let it cool down while we pack everything up. The handle on the side makes pouring the oil back in the fryer easy, and the clips on the top secure the lid so there is no spillage. When this one needs replaced we will be reordering.

I guess I should have read reviews before purchasing this item. Ordered months ago for my restaurant that just opened February 1st. The package was not torn or dented however the pail is dented and the hooks do not all clasp as they should. Cannot use side handle since lid is never secured. Total waste of money.

We use these buckets to quickly drain and safely store oil on our food truck, and overall they perform well. Of all the different methods of transporting/storying oil that we've tried, these have been our most successful solution and I will be purchasing more after another season of wear and tear, which brings me to the reason I am only giving this product 4 stars. For as expensive as these buckets are, some of the choices the manufacturer made in constructing the bucket seem counterintuitive, and they are not as durable as I would've hoped. For a container that is supposed to CONTAIN oil, there are an awful lot of holes drilled in the oil basin that are mostly adequately sealed by bolts/screws and thin clear o-rings. Purchased the item mid-April and it started leaking 4 months later. I should've checked the other reviews where this seems to be a consistent issue. Wish I saw them earlier....

Pail works great for cooled oil. Unfortunately one of our employees lost the plastic cap and we can't find a replacement. Webstaurant nor fryclone have been able to supply a replacment.

Leaks out of the handle after one month do not buy bought two

I bought one of these for each of my 12 restaurants a few months ago, and now a handful of them are leaking in addition to the majority of the wheels being messed up.

Within the first few days of use, the cable connecting the lid to the container snapped. Later, if I filled it too full and moved it around, it would leak through the top seal; now, it leaks right out the bottom. It is absolute garbage—completely useless. Don't buy it, not even as a joke. on the black handle on the side, each point where it attaches to the pail is attached with the smallest screw and washer they could afford. On it's 10th use or so, the tiny screw stripped out of the plastic handle and we dumped hot oil all over the floor. It's just engineered bad.

Garbage. All theoir stuff is garbage. Bought one, the handle broke off, try dumping 300° oil with no handle. Bought another one, lid bent, wouldn't seal when shut, leaked every time, extremely unsafe. Never again.

I don’t know why people complain about these they have held up extremely well for our food truck. And the people that complain the seals me T when you dump hot oil in them. Have you ever thought about shutting your fryers down and cleaning else up and packing away other things and give the oil a chance to cool slightly? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know how dangerous dumping 350 degree oil is. I use these on my food truck they get beat up tossed around and are holding up just fine. I’ve had them in service for over a year no issues

Trash, gasket melted with in 1 month. Handle came loose oil poured out. Huge mess. Cost us more in oil then the container cost! Beware! These are trash!

DO NOT BUY this trash/junk pail! I've purchased this pail last July 14 and its started leaking Sept 8 and we only used it once a week! Don't waste your hard earned money!

Poorly made, I’ve bought two of them already. The coating inside starts chipping away as soon you place hot oil inside, the packaging it’s shipped in is poorly, it comes in a thin box and all damage and dented. After a while the container will start leaking . Honestly I would stay away from this product. Wish I could get my money back. Web restaurant will replace it but the replacement is just the same

After two months the oil started leaking. After another the month the lid completely became disconnected from the pail during oil transport which left a huge mess. Do not buy this product.

Had for 2 years very lite use bottom seal gave way very messy and dangerous

The first time I used this pan with hot oil, the base started separating spilling hot oil on my foot causing a huge blister.

I have purchased 4 of these over the past 3 years for different restaurants. 1 is still functioning, 1 did not start leaking for nearly 6 months. The other two failed writhing 6 weeks. I will not purchase again

I bought 2 of these back in September 2023. It held up with no problems for a while. After about 3 months, I noticed it would be grease around the base. I ignored it because it couldn't be the cans right? My schedule is so busy until I kept giving excuses to it being grease on the floor: we didn't drain it right, it wasn't close enough to the drain hole, I wasted some, etc. NO NO NO NO NO, THE PALE IS LEAKING TREMENDOUSLY. I sat it outside on the grease pads and they were SOAKED. I would say, they last as long as the warranty and that's it. I will not purchase these again. Too expensive to not last longer.

I don’t know what would I do without this item. I’m changing my fryers oil every other day and this container is great investment for carrying oil.

Great idea however cheap construction. The handle is bolted through into the drum with no support behind it. The thin wall bends easily at the handle when full. The washer is also light, and leaks happen quickly.

I use these pails for fryer oil on my food truck. I've used them two full seasons (6mo of use/each year), & I just noticed that there is some peeling in the bottom of one of the pails. I've gotten good use out of these, but am disappointed that, as expensive as they are, they haven't lasted longer.
