These drain shelves are awesome. They make all the difference. They allow my product to avoid sitting in their own juices which helps minimalize waste.

We were originally buying the clear ones to put at the bottom for our sliced tomatoes, but they were getting thrown in the trash. Would recommend these.

Good quality drain shelf in a black polycarbonate color. The black plastic color does camouflage it some what when used with black plastic food pans.

This 16 pan drain screen is really nice you put it into a 16 size poly carbonate pan and then if you put your produce in it all the juices go to the bottom so it’s not soaking in it and getting mushy

We got these in and really love them. I highly recommend getting them in black as opposed to clear. Black is easy to see and the staff prefers them.

Standard drain false bottom for 1/6 size pan. This is polycarbonate material and willlast a while as long as you don't smash it around. Good product.
