I have been using these boxes for the last year and suddenly the quality dropped. They seem to be made of thinner quality cardboard making them less structurally sound.

I love these boxes for packaging baked goods... but they are a bit pricey in my opinion! I spent $ for 50 of them and about 5 of them came too damaged to use. :(

I really like these boxes .. I love the pink color! I use them for baked goods, I can fit about 4 cupcakes in this size box. I also use them for small DIY cookie kits.

Originally purchased in fall of 2024 and purchased a replacement supply in February of 2025. The later purchase was inferior and slightly thicker than grade-school construction paper. The box easily rips and not as resistant to absorbing/bleeding butter from pastries (even with wax paper) as was the prior version. The interior of the prior box was dark brown, the newer version is an off-white/grey color. Clearly another manufacturing process has been implemented. Webstaurant resolved the issue internally, but shame on the manufacturer for selling an inferior product.

I love these boxes. They are great for my smash cakes for one year old birthdays!

These boxes are great for my large cakes and for my wedding cakes. The height is perfect. They are strong and well-made. I highly recommend these boxes. Shipping is always fast and packaged well.

Perfect bakery boxes. I use this size lot for a dozen cupcakes, 1/4 sheet cakes and larger DIY cookie kits. I think the kraft boxes are just a touch more classy than the white boxes.

Great quality for price. I would say they’re only the slightest bit thinner than the other ones sold here and I think these are $ cheaper. I really like the lighter color inside. Definitely switching over!

Easy to assemble, attractive, plenty sturdy, & perfect for packing things like little cakes, half dozen chunky cookies, 4-bagels, etc!

Unfortunately, the box did not come as I expected, it does not have a lid, it is just an open box. This is not a box and I do not think it is right to advertise it like this. You could have at least said that it does not have a lid. It does not support a cake that big. The material is very weak, the box is very thin.

Very Sturdy, they come flat in the box and you can stack them up with little space needed !

The product itself is great, but... I am not sure who packed my order but they packed these boxes in a smaller box that did not fit it. Now it may have fit in the box barely at the packaging facility, but a larger box should've been used as my package came with the inside product busting out the sides and corner of the box. From the photos attached you can see the boxes were shoved in this smaller box to ship, its lumpy and not even shaped like a rectangle/square anymore. Initially I was worried my products were going to be damaged or even to say more prone to someone opening it up more to steal what was inside, as the product was viewable from the outside. Now my products were not damaged or missing but this was highly probable and easily avoidable by the packaging facility. Just a heads up to those ordering this product and I hope this is resolved or you will at least be lucky like me and its barely avoided.

Great for heavy cakes and sturdy for shipping tall cakes. The boxes are very easy to assemble
