These are cheap generic substitutes for the real thing. Weld joints are not in the correct places, not symmetrical so assembly is not possible. Back vertical stands will not go on at all. Cross braces on both units are not correct. One is extremely tight and can be forced into place, the other is too long, again welding issue, parts miss aligned not even possible to use. Face plates are bent and will not go on. Spend the money on a better product.

I would have given this a five star but the middle support bars come out a little too easy and one disappeared. Overall it is a great rack to have. I'm really busy days I have six air-pots. Some days I only have three depending on traffic flow.

This rack is a good buy. The only downfall is that we take set up and take down our coffee station daily. There are a few pieces that hold the legs in place that always fall off when it is picked up and moved. Other than that I would still recommend.

This item is horrible. The instructions are impossible to follow. It's so flimsy and doesn't stay together and you're supposed to use it to hold pots of hot coffee. Doesn't seem safe at all. What a disappointment!

The wire rack itself is decent. Instructions are not great. Bummed out they dont actually connect to each other though and that the two racks free float.

Just recently purchased this rack as a replacement for a clumsy plastic unit. The open rack design fits nicely in front of the window without blocking the light. It's very sturdy, easy to clean.

We use it in a small restaurant for self serve coffee. Once you figure out how to assemble it, it works well. You will be amazed how well this will work out for you.

This was very easy to put together and holds our 3 liter airports. It sometimes falls apart due to it being small metal pieces that slide together, but overall it does the job it’s supposed to.

We just purchased it for our employee breakroom and everyone loved it. Very nice to look at and easy to use. We thought it would be lighter but it has a good stable grip to it. Recommend!

First one arrived broken and dented, seemed like they 'regifted' it from the returns department. Nonetheless, they sent me a new one, that was in perfect condition. Works as stated. The brackets can come off easily do.

This a great airport rack! The size is great and doesnt take up too much room. We also purchased the airpots from webstaurant as well and those have held up very well!

NOT easy to put together. I'm not an idiot. After messing with it for about 15 minutes, I handed it over to my husband. He then proceeded to cuss at it! It's pretty frustrating. Once its together, it gets the job done. The divider on the bottom shelf continually falls out of place. It's really just there for looks. For the price, it works okay.

When you have limited counter space this rack is a must have! So easy to put together. The wire construction keeps it much cleaner than other coffee racks, and it's light-weight, easy to move and clean under!

Great, sturdy rack that allowed us to have four coffee dispensers at an arm's length. Easy to clean and move to clean under and behind.

Perfect setup for our lunch counter service, easy to move out in the morning and take in at night. Have been using now for over 3 months and no tipped pots yet.

As other reviewers have stated the construction and alignment of this rack leaves much to be desired. The support arms do not line up with the holes and require some manipulation to get them to actually connect. I also found that the raised holder for the back 2 pots is not level and tends to lean to one side and the cross support for the back rack is completely useless as it doesn't stay in place. All in all I would recommend spending a little bit more and getting a better constructed more stable rack. I gave it 2 stars because it does do it's job of holding the airpots, but that's about as far as it goes.

This stand lets you highlight a wide variety of beverages. With the off set design you can see all the selctions easily. Easy to clean as well

I ordered the Four Pot Black Wire Airport Rack with Drip Trays. I received it to day and am very disappointed! The pieces just don't fit! Must be mixed up with someone else's order because this definitely is defective if it's the right order! Can't be used! C. Carter

I love this rack. I wish I needed more of these so I could buy them for all my units, but not all my units require 6 pots of coffee. A must have if you offer a wide variety of hot-brewed coffee.

We use these at the farmers market. They allow us to offer multiple types of coffee in a neat and organized way. They are easy to assemble.

Used these side by side instead of together. Worked great and love the drip trays! such a nice unit! Will definitely buy another! Very easy to clean.

I just received this airpot rack from webstaurantstore.com, it seems sturdy and is exactly what I needed for holding 3 airpots. It comes disassembled and must be put together (no tools required) . The instructions were a little confusing at first because it comes with wire legs that can be attached if desired and they boost up the rack around 5 or 6 inches...but the picture on the website does not show them. Overall good product.

The rack itself is nice but the screw holes didn't line up and it took some manipulation to get it together. There are sharp edges on the black panel in the front that could easily cut somebody. We had to file the edges down and add a coat of black paint to make it safe.

This was so perfect for holding all of my airports and able to see all the different coffees I was offering for the day. Very organized.

These airpot holders work great. Never had any issues and they are nice and sturdy. I would recommend them and / or purchase this again!

This is a very nice looking rack. I love the drip trays. It's easy to use for servers, or customers. It fits different size airpots, but if you have a short pot it's tricky to get a cup bigger than 16oz under it. We use the front plate to label coffee flavors.

I was a bit skeptical at first when putting these together because the screws/holes didn't want to line up exactly. But after a little bit of work, I got it put together and it works awesome with all four of my airpots. It's sturdy and easily moveable, and since it stacks up, it takes up less room. All around great product.

Quality rack. Holds 2 of my 2.2 liter airpots, no problem. You have to assemble the rack, not hard, but a little concentration needed to hold it together while you tighten the screws. Nice touch that it come with the little drip sponges and a place to hold labels.

Nice compartment rack to fit 2.5 L airpots. The only issue I've had is that the wires to hold the airpots quickly came apart shortly after purchase. Easy to clean.
