Great when it works, but the hinge on the pot body has a tendency to break. I have three that have broken and the suction is very bad after that, since the lid doesn't stay put. I called Bunn to see if it can be fixed but they say no.

Worked great most of the year, kept things hot. We've had to put a couple lids back together as the white part keeps coming out. Now one of the hinges is broken and cannot be repaired. It would be great if you could replace the top only and not the entire unit.

Best Air pot, coffee pot in the game. Holds heat for 12 hours, large brewing capacity allows for two fill up of coffee from the bunn brewer! Must have.

Keeps beverages hot and cold no complain. The only issue is that the dispenser became lose and broke down within a few weeks of use. Not getting this again.

These are the best airpots we have used, because they are strong and its lever action system is better than other brands. The only flaw I find is the hingethat holds the lid. It breaks after use, and this renders the airpot useless. There is no way to change it or fix it, for it is attached to the insulated part of the airpot. That thing aside, they work great. You can leave your coffee in them at night, and in the morning it will still be hot (not warm, but hot). I have had some of them for more than 12 years now, and still working. Very recommended.

4 of the 6 in the case keeps coffee hot all day, 2 of the 4 do not. It is a mystery. No visual defects in the containers, but after less than a year of use, two types of coffee get cold after a couple of hours... shrugs - does this mean I have to buy entirely new airpots that only come in a case of 6?! I read about gaskets, but that doesn't seem to be the issue either. Looking for alternatives.

We have 2 of these. One for decaf and one for regular coffee. We use these everyday. Keeps coffee hot for long periods of time. Very helpful in our small shop.

Let me start out saying that I use these brewing for my congregation and my brother's congregation. I have gone through three of them. 3.8 liter and three liter. Now when I say I went through three of them, that is because they suddenly stopped keeping the coffee hot. You know this is the case when the darned things are hot to the touch! Now with that said, I have 6 others that have done very well, as I have had them several years, and those are the ones I use for my congregation's fellowship time. Those that failed suddenly to keep the heat in were not compromised in any way, so I am assuming it is a manufacturing defect. The airpots I used for my brother's congregation are glass-lined, and they are good at holding the heat in, but they are fragile. So when I replace the glass lined ones, I will either go with steel lined Bunns or Zoruyushis.

Bought my first three Bunn 3 Liter Airpots eight years ago and they are still in use daily! We expanded our business and so have purchased twelve more as they are durable but most importantly, they keep our tea hot (or cold) all day. They are easy to use, easy to clean and easy to transport. I recommend them to any start up business who wants to serve hot or cold beverages!

I took this on a road trip earlier in the year. I preheated the inside of the unit with hot water, 30 minutes later I swapped it out for the tea I wanted for the trip. It kept my tea hot for the first 36 hours, by day 3 when I went to empty it out the liquid was still warm enough to produce some steam. My experiences may not be typical but needless to say I am very pleased with the performance of the bunn units I have bought here.

This is a must have have if you sell coffee! It keeps coffee warm when we need to make more than one pot on a busy day. Easy to clean and very light weight.

We use this to serve our hot drinks during breakfast from 7am .... they are very good at maintaining heat... so much that even at the start of our night shift which starts 5pm the water is still hot inside.

Bunn makes a nice heavy duty quality product, and worth the money! We like the stainless steel interior , it cleans well and no breaking like the glass ones. They also have easy to find replacement parts! ??

Fits a full pot and another half pot of coffee at our shop with room to spare. Love these pots because they could hold the heat from our coffees all day if we needed it to. We remake our coffee every three hours, but would have no problem keeping it hot all day. We have 4-5 of these because they are so reliable.

We have bought a few of these for our busy coffee shop and they are great. They hold their temperature for a long time and are easy to clean. Set up and break down is simple.

These are great airports. We switched from a 2 liter so we love that it holds so much coffee. The short and squat design makes it compatible with the larger funnel. The coffee stays hot for hours as well.

These air pots are perfect! They keep our coffee fresh for our whole shift (3 hours on a mobile coffee truck, probably would go more) and allow us to serve multiple beverages in a short amount of time.

Keeps drinks hot for 8+ hours. Very easy to use. Sturdy carrying handle. I just purchased 5 more. The only down fall is that the lids tend to break after about 3 years of regular use. but you can buy a replacement lid!

I have only used this for about 15 days, and the rubber piece on the lid had broken off. I am very disappointed with this product, as my last one stayed on for many years.
